mine are
• as narrow as ever can in 3b shower,
• past either hip in (2x,2x),
• and for a single ball to and fro nearly, but not all outstretched and not widest possible arms,
• past hips also for inv box [ how else that ].

How wide I can't tell you, but they certainly aren't horizontal, alas, but rather diagonal; but on the other hand, at least for the 3 and 4 object siteswaps I always try to keep the rhythm (hearing the sound of the contact between the beanbags and the hands) constant in the execution, and therefore the proportion between a 7, a 5, a 3 and a 1 is very different from what you see around. That is some 3s which are so low that, when followed by a 1, are almost indistinguishable.
