Remember the video of the chef making an omelette I posted a while ago? (video sadly now unavailable) Apparently that style of performance cooking is called Hibachi. I found an interesting episode of The Sporkful Podcast on the subject:

Nothing particularly juggling related but will be of interest to those interested in performance & showmanship, & particularly the relationship between performer & the audience.
