Did you get involved in Social Circus Day recently? I heard it was happening (through other channels) and I was looking at the page just as I saw your post and lancaster happened to jump out at me!

It sounds like a really interesting idea, which hasn't been talked about much in my corner of the juggling world, so if you did get involved can you tell me how it went?

Hello! Sorry I did not respond earlier, my day job has been keeping me busy. The Lancaster Juggling club did participate in the Social Circus event in Lancaster, PA this year. It was a nice turn-out given the short notice we had to get the word out to the public. In addition to the juggling club, we had a station on hula-hooping, poi & contact staff, slack-line, and acro-yoga (people performing acrobatics / yoga / balancing moves together). Music and face-painting helped to set the mood in the park.

Updating our Lancaster Throwback Club listing on the Edge site today! We are a pretty small club, just 7-8 regulars at the moment, but we've been around since 2008. We meet 2x per month in Lancaster, PA. A local church lets us use their school gymnasium & outdoor courtyard for our meetings. Jonathan Burns and Evan Young founded the club when they were both living in downtown Lancaster, and a few dedicated souls have kept it going. We are hoping to advertise a bit more with local colleges this year to boost our membership.
