James Hennigan - The first the the 'high throw deals' is 744. Not sure about the bit in the middle. The last one (4.30 - 4.40) is 85525 with the middle 5 as an outside throw. Think of 8444, then 84445. Now replace 444 with 552 and you get 85525.

James Hennigan - I just figured out the siteswap from 4.25 - 4.30. It's 84485245 (siteswapbot.com/84485245). Anthony does it with clubs at 5.05 in this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufq00DdYkuI. I've never seen anyone else do it. You can make it symmetric by removing the 5 at the end: 8448524.
