Our favourite co-created Circus festival is happening again and we are happy to welcome you!
As always, you can expect plenty of inspiring workshops, tasty vegan food, and lots of playtime, cuddles and creativity! Choose between a variety of workshops, consisting of Acroyoga, Standing partner acrobatics at different levels, as well as Object manipulation, Aerials, Martial arts, Yoga, Dance and Thai yoga Massage and more. You might also have a specific skill and want to offer a workshop yourself.
Höstglöd is a co-created festival aimed for adults who are interested in Circus related training. Children under 16 years are welcome, in the company of parents (for safety reasons), however keep in mind that the workshops are mainly aimed to suit adults.
🤸WORKSHOPS:
There will be several parallel circus related workshops, some teachers have already signed up but there are still plenty of space for wishes and your contributions.
SLEEPING
We will be sleeping in the (very big) training hall. Hall will be quiet and dimmed lights from 23:00.
OPEN STAGE & FIRE SHOW
Saturday evening we’ll have our traditional Open stage, followed by a Fire show! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to perform at the Open stage. If you are interested in this, you can sign up for it at the event.
Spots are limited, so secure your spot as soon as possible! Last year they ran out about 1.5 months before the event!
