This event will be our 15th festival! It’s an informal 3-day event held at Catalina State Park on the north side of Tucson. Accommodations will be camping primarily, although there are some hotels relatively close by. The festival operates entirely by donation, however the park requires a small camping fee. Plenty of time to juggle, hike, juggle, eat, and juggle some more. If you plan on attending it would help us greatly if you email info@tucsonjuggling.org with an idea of how many people will be here and your estimated arrival and departure dates (from the Catalina State Park campsite).
We would like to make an effort to reduce disposable plastic water bottle waste by providing multiple refillable 5 gallon water dispensers. We will keep the water dispensers filled throughout the weekend with clean potable water for drinking and cooking. No need to bring prepackaged bottled water, just bring your reusable water bottles, jugs, and canteens.
We would also like to remind everyone to please take any food you don't eat with you when leaving the camp site.
There is power at the bathrooms on site, however we may not use an extension cord to bring the power to our group area.
Something we would like to say is that being an outdoor festival held at a state park, we are sometimes affected by weather and state park regulations which may require us to change our plans at the last minute. This has only happened twice in 14 years, so we don't expect it very often.
We run entirely on donations. If you can afford to donate, thank you!
We will be doing stenciling again this year, so bring something to decorate (shirt, bag, etc).
