Three days with shows, debates, seminaries and artists comparisons, institutions, companies, Theatre and Festival Italian and foreign Directors, The BAZAR Prima Vetrina di Circo Contemporaneo project, comes as an European meeting place in the great unrest of Circus and Street Arts in Italy and especially in Piemont, an avant-garde region for the valorization of this art. The opening and closing of Turin 2006 Olympic Winter Games, the 2007 Universiadi, the Spring and Summer Festivals recorded an excellent outcome of public, constantly increasing and interested in circus, street arts and in theatre. Since 2002 the city of Bardonecchia together with Zelig is the organizer of the contemporary circus festival “Dov’รจ l’elefante?”, contemporary circus festival, than in the course of the years has endured to make Bardonecchia a point of view about Contemporary Circus. BAZAR hopes to become a link for Italy, France and the rest of Europe to share companies and operators’ experiences to allow the realization of new projects and collaborations. It proposes Bardonecchia as a meeting point for contemporary circus.
