5b casc varied - 9 min.   high.   wristy.
9b flashing - 86 min.   Six or seven times 8 gathers.   Several >9 throws launches roundabout: 10, 11, 12, 12, 13 t 6 g, 13 t 6 g, 11, 14(?), 13, 12, or so.   #SoL #focus - [And here's your next ``clue´´ for nine, folks:] "All of a piece"-launches: keeping focus on the first ball thrown during the whole launch then done from peripheral view (instead focussing on the crossing point or on whatever, then only later spotting that first ball), will make the whole rest of the launch better timed after that first ball's flight-time (and goes right into rethrows, provided it's become a good pattern).
7b casc - 134 min.   47, 49 throws longest runs.   If I knew what might have been wrong, I'd have tried to fix during 2½^h; but what if it's the colder weather that makes me do with colder, stiffer arms and muscles and joints(? but I'm not even needing gloves!?). But then again - I now while logging realize - I should do such a little in-between-varying-stint as I've done before (high, low, pull high down again, wide\\narrow, ..). Also, shoulders and forearms burning not at a limit, but more than usual.   [ daily7b II: 49 ]
