1 ball head bounce, 1 club balance, 3 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, 45 minutes
First time practicing since I have been out of commission with a back injury. Did a bunch of 3up 360 practice (got 4 in a row one time). Head bounce practice, and short object balance work, fooled around with some 4 ball multiplex stuff, 5 ball half shower, 5 ball shower, 6 ball endurance, and 7 ball flash practice. Nice to be back!
