Got out of the office for a few minutes and worked on (6x 4)* basics with 2 and 3 balls. Now need to figure out some 4 ball drills and start trying it with 5 in earnest. 4 club practice...getting more and more solid. Probably had my longest run of sync, but, wasn't counting or filming so unsure.

Threw some stuff while waiting on my son to finish up with his Pole Vault practice. 4 clubs was a bit of a disaster today, but, 6 balls getting better and 7 balls starting to feel almost doable.

A bit of this and that...some 4, 5, and 6 ball practice and 7 ball attempts. A bit of work on juggling 3 clubs under a club balance (1 club, 2 club, and some flashes to collect). Have set juggling under a balance and 7 balls as my goals for the last half of the year.

Worked on 4 ball mills mess, lots of balancing with short objects while sitting on knees or on butt. Working on this to improve balance to help with juggling under balance. Worked on some 4 ball overhead patterns. Played around with 5 ball tennis, 6 ball endurance and 7 ball flashes while sitting because of the terrible 8 ft ceiling height in my house.

good session with lots of progress on 6 balls and 4 clubs. Also did a lot of work on 3 club juggling under a club balance. Want to get this solid by the end of the year. Did some ring practice to keep sharp until the wind picked up.

3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 balls. 3, 4,and 5 rings. 3 and 4 clubs. Just the basic in a new facility that I have never juggled in before. Wasn't working on anything new, just getting in some good basic practice in a new space.

Firs t real practice session in quite sometime. Had some good runs with 7, but, the elusive consistent qualify is a long ways off, but, forward progress and that is great. Worked on 3 ring pull downs with a neck catch. 8 to 9 times out of 10 I am successful. Getting better. Also had some great runs of 4 clubs and 6 balls.

First time at NC State Juggling club in months. Good to be back. Enjoyed seeing everyone and fooling around with various passing patterns including 3 count and 3 count feed.

Good 6 ball progress. Some of the longest runs I have ever had. Some good 4 club runs, but, club angle is still crap. Fooled around with 3 clubs under a balance and some more attempts at 3 club backcrosses. Had some good 7 ball attempts, but, alas no qualifies this time. :-(

If I am ever going to get the juggle under a club balance I am really going to have to spend more time with it. I got so I could qualify at the beginning of last year, now I am lucky to get a flash. Need to truely devote 10-15 minutes a day on it!
