Concrete Circus Youth Circus Festival.
I've briefly mentioned this in posts which were primarily aimed at promoting #MKJC5 but the day after there will be a Youth Circus Festival. This is aimed at secondary school aged circus practitioners and their tutors. I'm also interested in workshop leaders who can teach something not regularly taught at Youth Circus groups. There is absolutely no budget for this and at the moment I'm not even expecting to cover costs. However there aren't many other opportunities for young people to get together within UK circus with the priority being on them rather than somewhere else. (There is a 3 day event in February run by NCCA but nothing else in 2014).
