Yes, would work if you make something that stops your shoulders from sliding, and if it provides a very stable base for your lower back. It does not seem to be very stable though... Every ability of your chair to move makes your juggling less accurate!

A friend of mine had a trinka build for her, all I know was that it turned out to be harder than the builder had thought.
Beginners work fine with hard (sand) pillows. Many Chinese ikarian peformers tie these pillows around their bodies so they can move and lay down anywhere, but I guess that this is less suitable for juggling, again because they are less stable.
