warm-up, then 1b, 2b, 3b, 5b, 6b, 7b.
5b: nice form, hanging it to the 7b path, a little off-beat. but nice 50, 80 and 110-catch runs. once a 185.
6b: flashed a few times. tried extending the flash 2 throws at a time. made some nice 8 and 10-catch runs. no 12s though... qualifying: still to do.
7b: stayed too long at 6b, began with 7b allready a little tired, so i did it only for 15 minutes.
first flash-attempt allmost made it. gathered 6/7. some 4,5 and 6s. then cascade, only a few runs, arms tired, made some 4, 5 and 6 runs.
