Very droppy, I was mostly vacant this evening. My mind just wasn't on the task.
Handstands were much better, you have little choice about being present when doing a handstand! Good consistent starts, felt strong but balance was lacking, spent a lot of energy correcting.
Ok session, best 52 catches, mostly 30+ runs.

Good strong session despite feeling a little bruised. Lots of good strong stands. Still feel too weak to get my knees below my hips for any length of time. Going to be slow progress on that one I think.

Good session, few drops. Hit my target of 20 reverse back crosses on the second attempt which I was very pleased with.

Laurence managed a flash so I had to find out if I still could. Took a little while, main problem was second throw from my left hand going back over my shoulder. It doesn't feel that difficult though, I feel I could get the trick pretty consistent if I was more interested in it.

Very satisfying session. New personal best of 26 catches of reverse back crosses. Very pleased with alberts too. 3up pirouettes working well mostly thanks to my dance instructor's perpetual advice for everything: lower your hips.
Starts not that great, often found myself having to spend a lot of energy on a big initial correction just after kicking up.
A bit scrappy to start with but settled into a good shape.

My first practice session for 2 weeks & it showed. Very sloppy lots of drops.
Took me a while to get back into starting well, but once there my balance was very good. Let down by fitness level.
Very scrappy, poor rhythm, lots of collisions & wrong end corrections. Several 190+ runs but frustratingly failed to hit target 200.
With Nicola. She's coming along well, her selves are finally coming down from the stratosphere meaning a lot less darting around under her pattern. Which is sadly less amusing.

Had more success with 423 kick ups (4s dropped as a helicopter then kicked back up) than normal. I belong to the Luke Wilson school of thought that the club shouldn't touch the ground. I was throwing the helicopter further forward & connecting my foot with the club higher in the air than usual, this means the throw doesn't have to be quite so perfect.
With Nicola, she's definitely a lot more relaxed during passing than she used to be.
Not great due to nursing a shoulder injury (read: trying to ignore the pain). Found myself turning right a little this evening.

Slapbacks were a bit shoddy, left hand throw often underspun. 3up pirouettes were awful, 3rd throw was often wildly inaccurate. Reverse back crosses & alberts felt very good. Everything else no problems.
Not bad. Need to work on core strength before I will see any improvement with pulling my knees down below my hips though.
Warming up for 7, few basic siteswaps. Very shaky.

Oddly took a few attempts to adjust from 7b mode to 5c mode which I've never had a problem with before. Took 3 attempts to hit 200 catches.
