Ring session, that went very well. Cycled through standard 3-5 ring tricks. Highlights: Landing 10 3up 360s with 3 rings first time, and getting very close to a 5r 5up a few times (I've never done that before). Got about 48-49 catches of 6 rings twice.

Then qualified 7 rings on my second attempt! (and the first attempt was a clean collect after two throws). Not sure where that came from - I'm guessing my periodic attempts at 7 clubs have magically helped my rings.

And then I got a clean flash of 8. Turns out catching rings is really easy - I had a few close attempts where I nearly got them all, despite the attempt looking pretty shoddy. Can't get away with that with clubs! The actual flash was pretty neat though.

This ring business is seeming more fun. I particularly like how slow and relaxed things like 360s are with them.

I just discovered this cool thing I can do with my youtube videos...I can make myself look like a drawing/sketch. I think from now on my videos are going to look like that, or slightly look like that......my name will be the "Sketch Artist".....

This is going to be a detailed log entry;)

I started with 5 balls. Did 5 ball cascade then brought the pattern up REALLY high then I brought it down low again. I did this for about 2 mins. Then I worked on 5 ball half-shower. Did half shower with both right and left hand. Worked on half-shower for about 10 mins. Then I did full reverse cascade!! My favourite!! Brought the reverse cascade up to a very high height then I brought it down low again. Then I did some endurance with 5 ball cascade, got around 500 catches. Then I worked on transitions in and out of 6x4. I started with a 5 ball cascade, threw a 6-6-7 then went into 6x4. Then after a few mins I threw a 7-5 and got out of 6x4 and back into a normal 5 ball cascade pattern. I then did 744, which went well. However my 7s were going a little bit too high today. I then worked on 66661 which went REALLY well. Then I moved onto 6 balls. I did a 6 ball sync then a 6 ball async then I did some siteswaps. Over all 6 ball practise was BORING. I then moved onto 7 balls. did a 7 ball cascade. best was 112 catches:( not very good........any way........I then did 8x6, which went well. I moved onto reverse 7 ball cascade!!! which was REALLY fun!!!! And then I did some plex stuff and I ended my 7 ball practise. moved onto 8 balls, which was boring. my best was 55 catches.......I then did 9 balls, which went really well today. 10 balls=boring

Clubs went well. I was able to juggle 5. Which I couldn't even do yesterday......

Rings were boring

I finally accomplished 1 jumprope triple!!!!! I'm improving!!!! YAY!!!

Planning my IJA juniors stage routine........I need a rusty park bench and a vest that has all black on the front and all white on the back........hmmm.....

I am going to try "Joggling" today!!! It's too hot right now, so I'm probably going to try it sometime this evening. Joggling 10k here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!

nice day.

I ran 5 miles......nice day, hot though........I got a few comments yelled at me while I was running. Like "WHOAH DAT SON OF A GUN IS GOING FAST DAWG!!!!!"......And......."What are you? in the special forces? slow the heck down bro!!".........Does that happen to anybody else? or am (for some strange reason) the only one that gets yelled at......any way......I can run a mile in 4 mins and 30 secs, so what was I expecting;)

Normal practise......

3 ball practise was ok

4 ball practise was boring

5 balls went well.....Trying to do a "5 ball 3 up 720". It's hard......on the 5th try I got dizzy and fell on my face....

6 ball practise was good.....

7 ball practise went very well

8 ball practise was bawesome!!!!!!!

9 ball practise was terrible.....terrible day for 9 ball juggling:(

10 ball practise went well as well as well and bawesome as the 9 ball practise;) figure that one out......

11 ball FLASH!!! AGAIN!!! It wasn't just luck the first time!!!
