Special short training for things that I do worst probably
• 5 min of joggling 3b
• learning juggling 4 clubs (it is impossible probably, because every time I throw it and it fells down it hits my wrist and it is too painful)
• practising 3 clubs tricks
Clubs are probably my worst props - I mean like I can´t master it at all, maybe because I have received them as my last juggling prop and because my trainings are too short.

Joggling with 3 balls for 800 m
3 balls - overhead cascade while lying (a new record), various tricks, various body bounces, catches behind the back
4 balls - MM
5 balls - cascade, switching to multiplexes

Tried joggling with 3-5 balls, just 20m back and forth. Very fun:)
Nothing more new, just some 5 ball practice and 7 ball endurance.

Mostly practising 3 balls (penguin, shower, backcrosses), 4 balls (fountain, Mill´s Mess, shower - I have broken my own record), 5 balls (trying to learn cascade, but with this I still have problems, I can´t do it for a long time) - this took me the most of the time; practising 4 rings, flashing 5 rings; joggling (3 balls, 800 metres).

Joggled a 5K during a break in the weather. It was visually stunning, but several drops.

Joggled a 5.8 k running path clean. I stopped briefly once for a path closure detour and once to go to the bathroom. Didn't time, but it was less than 30 minutes. There were only a few other path users due to the continuous drizzle and a holiday weekend.
