Not a really good session. Got up from bed feeling down, still with a cold, but they say it's good to sweat...
anyway, started my 7b session with really bad attempts. every ball just flying away. But after 40 minutes I made a flash, then it became neat, and made some good runs getting up to 13 catches :)

Taking Mats's advice, since yesterday I'm starting the practice with the 7b session (after wart-up) so I'm sure to make a 30 minutes of that. and I'm fresh to do so. Before I used to leave 7b to the end... so I got there tired from tossing balls, and even more tired of gathering them from the floor.

I think I understood the wimpy pattern today. :) at least with 4b... the 6b session wasn't thaaat good. but I know it's hard, just gotta keep on working on it. Got to the 7b tired, couldn't make a flash today, but some solid attempts that allmost were a flash.

Great session. like these days, breaking PRs, getting neater and longer runs with everything.
I feel it's all the good work coming back. never before have I trained so hard.
I look at my practice calendar and it's so nice to watch it get so red.
7b... my god, today in one particular run it "clicked in". it just felt like the 5b does... you know? even when it wasn't a long run, it felt so good. :)
And I made 2 flashes! first time ever!!
Also struggling with wich kind of wimpy to do.
little asynch throws? slight difference in hight? one hand a little further out?
right now i'm making a mix of them all... can't help it.
but i need to make it neat, so i have to choose.

Kindda tired from yesterday. we went to my gf's high-school (where she works, don't think wrong!) and had a ittle workshop for the kids. it was very nice! we had like 8 kids, all begginers, so we started learning the basic 3b cascade, then they've all tried a little diavolo, clubs, balancing, etc.

good session. you can see I've been watching some Alan Sulc videos.. I mean, he's amazing! and now I'm starting to pay real atention to bounce juggling, and I love it!
so I began training a lot of wimpy pattern, yeah...
yesterday I tried for the first time ever this pattern, with the bounce balls. got some pretty nice results allready. So now I guess I'm training for it, to get to bounce 6, 8, I dunno...
right now I only have 5 bounce balls... so I can practice up to the 4 bounce ball wimpy, and the 4 and 6 toss ball wimpy too, in preparation for when I get more bounce balls. :)
