Total practice time: 35 minutes
Spent too much time on the warm ups and other stuff, and i didn't get through everything. It's alright though, I got some good 5b runs. It was okay considering I pulled an all nighter and still haven't slept. So yeah. hah.
Total practice time: 71 minutes
Practiced a ton of stuff. I was on fire. I was able to run the 5ball cascade more smoothly than i ever had before.

I worked on my throwing technique a bit, I'll get alot more into this once i get that DVD which should be tomorrow hopefully! Oh, and i also worked on my back cross throwing technique also, just my right side.
As i was practicing the BC throws, I started off by counting each catch, keeping a number goal in mind, and i only counted the ones that were "perfect". Then I tried something different, i tried the same thing only i started off by trying my best, counting each throw for a number of times, then doing the same thing as before. After practicing a bit, i ended up just sticking with trying my best, counting each throw. I found myself doing alot better.
So today i learned that simply trying my best without unrealistic expectations helps me move faster towards my goals.

I spent most of my time working on Romeos Revenge, Rubensteins Revenge, 3ball cascade in one hand, and throwing 3 balls from one hand to another on both sides.
Some of my accomplishments I would like to point out:
-I can now run Romeos Revenge longer, but still can't do it with the added yo-yo trick illusion. (I can also do it in the mirror!)
-I successfully scored 5 clean catches doing the 3in1cascade.
-at the end of my session, without trying i was able to do the snake alot cleaner and longer before, and i wasn't even working on it. Though i admit i spent a short amount of time practicing the 2 ball snake high.
-Also did the 5ball cascade for the fun of it, and was able to run it until i felt like i was done, and caught all 5 of the balls. It felt alot easier than usuall. I'm glad i'm working on the preperation stuffs! Totally worth it!!

Worked on getting 3 balls from one hand to the other on both sides. Juggled 5 a lil bit for the fun of it. It felt awkward, though i was able to keep it going for a while, and ended cleanly. I'm going to master the easy 5ball preperation tricks, then the tough and neccessary ones, then i'm going to work on the 5ball cascade once again.
Then the rest of the time i did random tricks. And I invented a new cool looking trick that I believe can be turned into a pattern. It's a bit like erics extention, only different (and I think way easier).

Same as yesterday, only I spent less time.
Total practice time: 47 minutes
Juggling Time: 2: 15:00
To sum up some of the important things i did today: I learned how to do the flourish part of Romeos revenge. Practiced the cherry picker, the half-kraken and clawing. Then I worked on shoulder crosses, with just a ball. Then practiced throwing 3 balls to one hand. I'm practicing all this stuff the way i should have when i first started learning tricks. Hopefully everything will work out.
Also I got frusterated again towards the end, i need to be more patient.
