3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 17 min. Mostly fast and fastest ( doing rev--rev--normal--a.s.o. ).

5b casc varied, s'swaps - 10 min. Tried first time ever 744 and got 4 throws.
1c flourishes - ~5-10 min. During 20' second of three rainbreaks, under small sheltered part of a hut there, did some flourishes with a birchstaff that I found there: normal flourishes seem to ``stop´´, swaying in the wrong direction before rethrowing them normally (or I'm doing them wrong), so they should maybe better flow into a shoulderthrow. Stopped that and did bottleneck catch + over pinky's palm backhandwards rolls + into bottleneck throw ("backhandrolls"?), which went well.
#nature - When watching the rain, waiting, I noticed sudden little steam jets that seemed to come out of the soil .. I imagined an insect or small animal originating these in some way I never heard of before, or maybe some rare chemical phenomenon (lithium?? sulfur??). .. It was cherry-pip-like little beige mushrooms it turned out, puffballs (that I know only much bigger, squash- or golfball size), i guess.
5b 56752 - 30 min. ( Gave up 9b flashing after a couple 'a minutes - moist dirt kept sticking to the dropped balls. ) Upto a 9 sides run to collapse. 6th and 7th sides clean or full caught.
[ rainbreak, under shelter: ] 3b cascade endure. fastest. - 10 min. Wanted no drops there (dirty + lotsa hidden corners there), did cascade pure, with focus on reflecting what attention and focus lie on, on what distracts, on where eyes and mind wander, on how it gets boring versus wanting to keep on doing: first, found, that I was losing stable shape and needed focus to keep the pattern in shape; then after a while of slaving to stable pattern rather dully, found, that I fancied to do some reverse throw for a change (but may not); my eyes could wander np as long as pattern was in peripheral view; did some "juggling lower" [according to Mike Moore's hint ] which feels queer to me and I wouldn't try that with another pattern - worked okay so far, dunno about any gain; still later - pattern still rolling on - asked myself if it wouldn't make more sense to do some 3b blind instead (but I may not) .. in a given moment, my hands corrected a flawly throw using a reverse throw and the ``experiment´´ was finished - pattern was still rolling, though - and I did a few attempts on closing eyes amidst the juggling (usually do full blind start for "blind"), which was where I got my drop. A bit chaotic of a session, but glad, I didn't lose too much time (like last two days) and got some good juggling done.

3c-34530 - ~5 min Got it twice back to a rotten cascade.
1c, 2c, 3c bx - ~5 min Slowly getting used to where to aim with weakhand.

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min. Upto 9-high.
9b flashing - ~35 min. (MMX) Twice 6 gathers, then a lucky 8 g! Did unleashed speedy after first two controlledly launched came well. Have adapted new grips. Promising, lust for more.
5b-56752 - ~10 min. Not gotten over 2 sides yet.
7b casc - ~140 min. , 49 cl, 55,, 63,,,, 59 cl,, (break), 41,,, 47 cl,, 41,, 45,, 51,,, throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline] [ dailyLongestRun7b: 63 ] Great runs today!

3c, (1c), 2c basics, tricks - 20 min. 2c - synch doubles triples quadruples - nice synchronicity & caught the quads. 1c - stronghand: thumbrolls half-half done resp. failed; tried flourishes over handback .. nothing; flatfronts and bottle-grip tryaround. 3c - quadruples 3 catches + a triple. Triples max 10 catches (only). 9b flashing - 55 min. Twice 7 gathers, once almost 8 g. Used a bit watered gelatine, which worked well (against dry-slippy balls). 7b casc - 90 min. Max counted 41 throws. Many good runs either longer, either swift & easy, or speedy-flappy. But also phases with early fails.

3c, (1c), 2c basics, tricks - 15 min. 3c-34530: got my `side´ on stronghand. First tries on weakhand-side: feasible soon. 2c multiplex like 00 single spin, fine. 1c singles doubles triples quadruples (both hands) for 3c quadruples casc .. got most with 1c, failed most with 3c. 2c synch singles doubles triples tricky to synch well. 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 15 min. 9b flashing - 95 min. Always trying to find the thin line between speedy + slips vs. well single released, but high with effort. Tried spit for slightly sticky grip, maybe slightly better, maybe no change. Three times 7 gathers; twice 8 g in reach; once well spaced, well aligned, just splattering down just a bit too fast for really 9 in reach. 7b casc - 60 min. Speedy, partly somewhat playful runs, but not easy, not without effort, and short only. One good 15 minutes phase. Max counted: 41 throws.

2c, 1c, 3c, tricks - 25 min. Just one or two 2c multiplex throws in different ways .. knobs shouldn't overlap horizontally by bending hand more works best for me. 3c-34530 (single double triple single) took a lot of fails (catching 4 too early instead throwing 3 first; or not knowing what to do next with caught club; or - with last 3 - doing double instead single .. did some 3c-5223333 to get rid of that) .. lot of fails until I got one `side´ + back to cascade. 1c - got four or five consecutive thumbrolls at first try; no chance for any flourish over handback. 3 & 5 heavy balls ~ 50(?) min. #conditions : a rainbreak, one short thunder break, no constant juggling, more short showers, wet grass, changing place all the time. 7b casc - 55 min. Some (sinew? joint?) pulling ache in shoulder, so felt safer with some .. 5b RO - 10 min. and tottering and akupressing it .. after seemed to have vanished, went on with .. 7b casc - 50 min. Tried from wrists + forearm only, no shoulder (?!), as far as possible .. got a few remarkable very low (what I'm tall) flashes, max qualify, but did normal high then after all.
7b casc - 65 min. Arms had started burning a little too much for "easy swift". (both stints:) Several runs 31 to 37; one 41 throws. (didn't count a lot) [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ]

3c basics - 12 min. (short, 38 cm, massive wooden gym-clubs) Doubles: 92 throws; triples: 21 th (ugly finish: 3.rd last bottom catch). 3c tricks - 13 min. Eight `sides´ 3c-42333; 4 `sides´ 3c-423 (didn't think fast enough for faster beat). 5b RO - 10 min. Wanted a compare to less apt soft beanbags i use at home: soon got 3 RO per run with Bubbles. 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 18 min. 5- and 7-high. 7b casc - 135 min. Good runs, 39(?), 41(?) th.
3c, 1c, tricks - 10 min. 3c-423 bad, quit that. 1c clawed reachovers (fake-4-s) + throw back on that wrong side, singles ok, doubles never done before, bit more difficult, but looks feasible before long. A few 1c, then 3c flat fronts aswell; found: catching the club's middle, towards its body, then let it slip down for next throw works fine. Thumbrolls and flourishes(?) didn't work well, so guess I'll rather be on palm-contact-thrown 2-s for gimmick-2-s. A few 1c reverse spins. 3c revspins hard, didn't get anything clean. Got two single 3c-bx (doubles) in a run after one respectful ("massive wood") fail. 7b casc - 65 min. One uncounted very long PB-like run, but not so low, so could have been fewer catches than thought. Really need one like that counted to confirm what I think, I'm getting better. 3c, (1c), 2c basics - 20 min. (massive wooden clubs) Doubles: twice 56 throws; triples only 9 throws, even after doing 2c singles, doubles, both synch/asynch and high/low, synch partly crosshands, and triples synch/asynch; and even still one more level down - with one club only - to get the triples well, but it wasn't triples'-day today. Also did a few 1hd 1c quadruples in a row. 2c, 3c tricks - 20 min. Took a while to find back into "over--wait--over-UP--WAIT-over--hmnh--overrrUP--[a.s.o.]" of 2c-34030 (singles doubles). Tried the 4-s as columns, but throwing the 3-s more to outside was a better solution to have the 4-s land nice (angle to body). When I had like four to five "sides" each, left-right,
(=~16, 18 throws) (guess 9 "sides" = 27 throws) twice, I did my second attempt ever at 3c-34530 (singles doubles triples) .. the launch was astonishingly well shaped, ('cos somewhat impulsive, not wholly knowing what I was doing, also risky and prepared to dart away from least collision-bound I'd notice). I somehow managed to do a 4 catch launch later, but from only bad tries (first caught three hand partly blocked / paralyzed doing 2 instead 3, so caught next 4 with wrong other hand reaching over), so that siteswap is one level too big for time beeing and more 2c-34030 needed. 3b freestyle, misc - 35 min. (200 gr, hard) 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. Rarely done this before and rejected it, but never yet considered it preliminary to 7b. Cascade went well, some portion of effort needed. Also a few risky 7- to 9- high runs. Forearms now slightly burning. --> .. 5b casc varied - 30 min. .. after that felt like featherballs (Bubbles, 80 gr). Did 9-high ~50 throws; normal-high an acceptable run; 7-high 215 throws. A bit each "fastest" (sth. over 31 throws, > 4 sets of 8, which is very very good, PR-like); high\\low-pulsing and high&narrow\\wide&low-pulsing; "loose flapping wrists". 7b casc - 75 min. Still the "way-easier-than-5-heavy-balls"-effect .. will do that daily now. Very good & long phase with many good launches, few to no early fails, consecutive longer runs; counted 47, 45 throws, a lot over 31 th, and whatever pattern-shape (high, low, wide, narrow, half-shower-like, 3-dimension, .. ) was e a s y and many corrective throws came well. Seemed, a breakthrough could happen any moment.
Very good session, very promising.
2c tricks - 5 min. 2c-34030. Want it "water-fluent" (not "rock-solid"). 3b freestyle, misc - 15 min. 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. 7b casc - 70 min. Another run 45 th. Lots 'a good launches resulting in good jugglable patterns again. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 47 ]

( shady meadow, no water near ) 3c, (1c), 2c basics, tricks - 40 min. (38 cm massive wooden clubs) Basics: doubles: max 88 throws; triples (harder): 12, 14 th. There's only one club in the air, so one 's got time plenty to throw well, .. still didn't do exactly that and had to do 1hd 1c singles low \\ high, left \\ right hd, doubles, triples, lhd \\ rhd each. 2c-34030 (singles doubles) preliminary to 3c-34530, which in turn preliminary to 4c-345. Did a lot of 4x (doubles) instead 3 (singles) and counted the empty hand's 3-catch as a beat, so couldn't figure out the siteswap or two 3-s followed by a 4 (``with what 2-s, 0-s, in between?´´) until home with ladder-diagram. Went well when I got the rhythm, felt great easy simple juggling fun. My first club siteswap-trick lol. ..
would Will be tremendously great if when I should will add the 3.rd club doing triples 5-es soon. 3b freestyle, misc - 50 min.
( displace to river-meadow ) 5b casc varied - 40 min. Mainly playing around with 7-height, (endure, with flapping loose wrists, pulsing up <--> down). Also 9- to d-high; "fastest" (good run ~27 catches). 7b casc - 65 min. Struggling with control and best technique. Was aware of need for more scoop and did so .. solving both, too wide patterns and collisions (guess with second last ball from other hand) .. yet, that dwell-time for emphasizing scoop gotta be gained with "very loose wrists' "-technique, also needing higher accurracy (did I mention earlier? lol). Max run: 51 throws.
5b casc varied - 20 min. (warmup muscles after break & swim; get on height) 7b casc - 60 min. Too warm for really fresh juggling, yet got another bunch of runs allowing working on seizing (fighting for) control, and some very easy feeling runs. One min 40 th run, maybe >=50, not counted. Short practice after work and swim.
Worked on alberts a bit. Right hand = good, left hand = bad. Max 18 consecutive alberts from right hand, but couldn't get beyond 2 consecutive from both hands.
Other focus was 3 club chin rolls with a nose balance. Managed 5 rolls back to cascade once and 5 down into 4 club singles a couple of times. Would like to get this one solid.
Finished with a bit of head bouncing. Just working on getting clean runs of 10 and 20 bounces with no/minimal foot movement.

3c (1c) - 30 min. (wooden) Doubles: 58 throws. Triples, average 12-16(?), better runs ~20(?). 1hd 1c - 7 quadruples in a row. 3c-34530 - no chance (plastic clubs needed for that). 3b freestyle, misc - 50 min. A lot "fastest", Ø 12-16 throws, some >=20-24. One ugly run (corrected minimum twice + not fastest throws) 48 th. Many splits + free hd moves. 5b casc varied - 25 min. The usual high->higher->highest. Got one run over 24 throws starting 'bout 7- or 9-high, finishing with round 12 throws d-high. 7-high endure and highest possible "easy". 7b casc - 100 min. One run counted 45 throws again .. after all, one like that almost daily + frequently a lot over 30 th ain't that bad; and it more and more feels like "juggling" 7, not "trying" or "struggling" or "forcing" mainly. Also a very long run not counted (surely >40 th).
