7 balls, 3 balls, 3 ball tricks, #otu, #experimental, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 132 minutes

( almost april weather from mild & ok, over wind, then no wind, rain, to cold. whole session with gloves. )
5b casc varied - ~12 min.
7b casc - ~5 min.
Rain came up here, so went under the small roofed part meant for drying wood. With wooden plates around, could easily build a little platform on the wood. Later got one trunc as hocker. (lost about 10-15 mins)
3b cascade, fast(est) - ~25 min. ___ Did that 'jonglage automatique' again: Cascade and see what will happen without intending anything and trying to think nothing. Single thoughts appeared: "reachover", "5 balls", "reverse no" (allthewhile cascading 3b), then I changed to my rev--rev--normal--normal-"fastest" pattern and stuck with it (intentionally, now). [ #otu #experimental ]
Rain stopped, but the area being wet, did 5b a bit (expecting less drops) for the puddles to dry or tickle into ground.
5b 56752 - ~5 min. ___ 4-5 rounds.
7b casc - ~85 min. ___ 51, 50 throws' runs with 46 or above, next best 45 once. [ daily7b III: 51 ]

Total practice time: 132 minutes

Location: concrete area among fields

5prop mix, #exercises, #otu, 125 minutes

125' - 5prop mix 2b3c ( tinyclubs, doubles ) - bad start once again (see below). After a while got 10 clubthrows clean. Overall three more 3+ rounds to collapse, and lots more 3 rounds to collapse or balldrop.
[ 3+ tbd, 3 tbd, 3 tbd, 3+ cl (10 t?), 3 tbd, 3 tbd, 3 tbd, tbd, 3 tbd, 10 t tbd, 3 tbd, 10 t tbd, ]
incl. short after start ~8' - 3c doubles as an exercise and to check how it even went; as an alternative to going back down to 3b2c. #exercises #otu Not sure if it helped any, but seems to make sense.

5 ball tricks, 7 balls, #otu, #psychologic, #exercises, 66 minutes

56' - 5b rev casc - 122, 132, more generous scoop to the outside, esp. with weakhand, then also focussing on and leading with that hand, got these better runs, 105, 104 throws max above 100. ___ [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 132 ]

10' - 7b casc low - #otu - (ceiling: 2 m 50 cm. me 1,83 m tall) - even though I've done that height outdoors with upto like 30 throws or so, the low ceiling actually `pushes´ from above [ #psychologic ], you don't have any spare height, so not the option to save a corrupt pattern going into higher, and you're not throwing into the, well, void, .. no wait! .. into empty air, but towards the ceiling's barrier. So, this is more of an #exercises good for flashing accurately at good speed, than real 7b practise.
Got 10 or 11 clean flashes and only upto 9 throws to drop(s).

7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, #otu, 135 minutes

5b casc varied - ~8-9 min.

1-2' - a few attempts on 4b-[53]3333 until I got two-three rounds or so. Good exercise for 7b-27[75]777777, cut stacked multiplexes. #otu

9b flashing - ~60 min. ___ ( not over 7 gathers. Chilly. Fingers, hands, forearms not with full speediness, especially when catching often a millisec late to many drops. Shoulders slowed by three shirts. However one or two 8 g almosts and a glimpse on that right all-of-a-piece-launches feeling )
7b casc - ~65 min. ___ 51, 47, 47, 51 throws max above 40.___ [ daily7b III: 51 ]

7 balls, 5 balls, 7 ball tricks, #otu, 80 minutes

5b casc varied - ~10 min.
7b casc - ~70 min. ___ (31 cl, 33 cl), 45, 44, 49 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 49 ] ___ After having casually played with attempts on °789° from cascade to collect lately these days, today, in between, did several attempts on 56789 from launch - a flash wasn't too far away (but for a wrong hand catch once) and 7-8 throws should be possible with regular practise on it. #otu

7 balls, 9 balls flashing, #otu, #mentec, #focus, 5 balls, 173 minutes

5b casc varied - ~8 min.
9b flashing - ~40 min. ___ ( didn't wanna do that long, but rather invest in 7b, but it went well, felt good, and I was greedy on gettin' sth ) ___ Got four times 8 gathers. Two or three 9 c in reach ( but for e.g. fumblin' the second last catch into two last drops or so ). Upto to 14 unreasonable throws in an already lost rest of the pattern ( still five rethrows in rhythm, tho ). __ oh! .. forgot: #SoL - For rethrowing I had that perception-flash of focussing on more than only the first, like four, I think, incoming balls, already spotting them, that is, .. before(!) even having finished the launch. Thinking and doing further ahead, so to say [ #mentec #focus ]. So, that's a good idea to do at current level.
7b casc - ~120 min. ___ 50, 49, 52, 43 ( this one ended in several reverse throws ), 43, 47, 49 throws runs longer than 40 th. Towards end, the ground was wet from a slight rain, and the dirt \sand \tiny stones stuck to the dropped balls and didn't wipe off easily anymore, so I tried absolutely dropless, going to collect at slightest loss of the 100% safe pattern or slightest feeling of loss of control, and got upto like five-six runs to clean collect in a row before next drop, longest being ~27 c cl, most about only 9-11 c cl. But it felt too restricted, unfree, and I rather went for it again. ___ [ daily7b III: 52 ] unrepresenting weak yield, as I was partly well connected to pattern's top, which felt good, like sth were possible today.
5b casc - ~5 min.

5b casc varied - ~10 min.
7b casc - ~65 min. ___ 42, 42, 46, 63, 62 throws runs longer than 40 th.
5b fastest - ~10 min.
5b flashes - ~10 min. ___ ( 7777700 #otu ) Got some after a while, but not high enough or not well-timed enough to let the arms hang down for a beat, let alone clapping hands or something, so, guess, a lot were like only 6x-high.
More 7b casc - ~75 min. ___ 58 cl, 41, 58, 49, 52, 43, 49, 42 throws runs longer than 40 th. ___ [ daily7b III: 63 ]

#conditions, #otu, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 7 balls, 120 minutes

( -4°C, freezy, nasty wind with villain gusts, sunny. Vinyl gloves + normal gloves over them, and had fatted my hands before (to keep any warmth). Three leggins. Two T-shirts + two shirts + pullover. Three pairs of socks. At first frozen fingertips, feet okay, later fingertips had warmed up, but toes were now frozen O,o .. my metabolism, believe it or not, most obviously no doubt transported the warmth from my toes to my fingertips where I needed it more )
5b casc varied - ~5 min.
7b casc - ~15-20 min?   ~12 throws longest run. Too cold: stone hard balls really did pain to my fingertips. Also the freezy wind drove tears to my eyes, impacted on flightcurves, and, with fat clothing, I felt overall inagile anyway.   [ daily7b II: 12 ]
.. so, for simply more constant juggling with less dropping, changed to: ..
5b casc varied / div - ~95-100 min.   Cascading only at first merged into a bit each of 7b-high, reverse, fast-tennis, "fastest" (as low & fast as would), a few too droppy attempts on 56752, .. what else?, .. lemme think, .. too thick clothing and too frozen fingertips for single backcrosses to succeed, .. I tried 3ups 360° a few times (which I never do), then (what I had always wanted to try:) 1up 540° ! One of the few only fails got me laughing out loud for that up-ball going anywhere and myself doing like 505° or so and losing balance. All the while in between always cascading for a while. .. then the wind left for a longer while and I was entirely warmed up then, but it came back later and my toes froze again, so I started doing while walking lanes back and forth, which went rather well with not sooo many drops (and which worked for warming those toes up again). I gave up when the wind increased and my fingers (in spite of now constantly juggling with few drops) were frozen again.

5 ball tricks, 5prop mix, #otu, 145 minutes

5' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c - 8 rounds.

70' + 70' - 5b rev casc - 117, (@ 30'), 113 cl (@ 40'), 127, 176 cl, 134, //15'//, 129, 123, 131, 127 cl, 120, 133, 149, 129, 127 throws runs longer than 110 throws. Really tried to confirm that long run with another over 160 throws run, but wouldn't happen. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 176 ] good to be right back on high level after a bad and a so-so day.

In between got 5 (consecutive and 5b) claws from launching normal into clean collect.
A few days ago I got all out of four attempts of 5b single roll_to_elcrook_flicks to instant clean collect, while usually I mostly fail on them.

3 balls, #experimental, #focus, #otu, #technique, 3 ball tricks, 5 balls, 7 balls, 75 minutes

Radar looked like rain would stop soon, but didn't, so i stood under a small roofed area doing 3b.
3b cascade - ~20 min.   Had for a while been wanting to do this: find out exactly when the  c a t c h e s  happen: Like when pulling on the one end of a rope hanging with both ends over a branch, in order to uplift sth tied to its other end, I focussed on the downward movement of the catches imagining I'd be doing the other hand's upward throwing movement with that catch movement of catchhand. In other words: Doing / thinking the throw by the countermovement of the opposite catching hand.   It seemed like the / my throws - in the yet normal pattern - were a bit earlier than the catches, so it felt like for doing as described above, throwhand had to shortly wait, delay a few millisecs (until catchhand got its ball to pull down). Or else - in a higher, slower pattern - I had to catch later for also the throw in question to be later. But I might be completely wrong, as it's unusual and difficult to focus on the catchmovement + other hand's throw at the same time. I did get that clear feeling / impression of ``pulling´´ the throws up with the opposite catch though.   Interesting tweaks of dwelltime and I'm not through with finding out exactly what goes on there and how to use it.
Tried blind a bit, but got too many drops.
3b 52413 - ~20 min.   (4 thrown reachover, so it looks like ongoing cascade)   went well in spite of a few drops.
A few minutes of 3b "fastest", rev--rev--normal--normal.
5b endure - ~20 min.   219, 373 throws longest runs.
7b casc - ~8 min. ( rain had stopped, but it was darkish and didn't feel warmed up well )   A hearty 23 throws run with good focus and rolling well for those two periods was best I could get from scratch. ( rest were bad launches and blunders )   [ daily7b II: 23 ]
