5b casc varied - ~15 min. __ again incl. hi-lo and wide\\narrow - pulsing exercises.
9b flashing - ~20 min. ___ Three times 8 gathers (two of which in a row).
7b casc - ~158 min. ___ 42, 43, 55, 43, 47, 43, 56, 56 ( nearly a copy of the one shortly before, fighting past four-five sets of eight throws, and forcing a few last throws for result, whilst it had slowly drifted me turn some to my lefthand side ), 41 cl, 43 cl, 41, 51 throws' runs longer than 40 t. One-two gorgeous early runs doing well, but lost connection a bit (to the pattern, its top, the right swift ado). So, good, okay practise, but once again these days not yet where I've been formerly, finetuning on nice running patterns getting very long runs and a lot over 60. Got a nice low about two periods run maybe a handwidth or two above head-height. ___ [ daily7b III: 56 ]

7b casc - ~158 min. ___ 53, 41, 43, 55, 85 (! top three-four-five runs ever, rolled well, feeding the top well, rather untensed, not so very high ), 41, 47, 43, 48, 42, 47, 45, 46, 50, 49, 59, 54 cl, throws' runs longer than 40 th. ___ #technique #SoL #improvement #endupatt - Have lately been getting whole runs throwing slightly towards myself ( from ``second front plane´´ to ``inner front plane´´ in a way ). I reckon, this corresponds to a natural throwing movement with the upper arm slightly going backwards for catching, then going slightly foreward until release for throwing. ___ [ daily7b III: 85 ]

22' + 17' - 5b rev casc - ___ 161 (@ 15'), //15'//, 163,, 128, 121, 135 throws runs longer than 120 throws. ___ [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 163 ] #chartread #SoL #improvement #endupatt - doing notably less practise time on this, with priority now again on outdoor numbers juggling in summer, severely broke in the comparedly constant improvement curve (which is not a surprise). But it's still a good level and feels more like "juggling" than "trying", but for not always finding that enduring mindstate, that sophisticated settling in simply rollin' it ``forever´´. Sometimes I slave to the pattern, sometimes, I have full control, bailing out impossibly rotten patterns back to swiftly stable. And there's still always bad phases or days with fails. ( which is all in all pretty much the same level as when - with 5b normal cascade - I started going for very long runs of 500+ throws )
10' - 5 prop mix, 2b3c - ___ Not being all firm with 4b1c and 3b2c yet, daring this was rather stressing my limits for a try, than seriously ``attacking´´ a next step; but it turned out, my hand-automation with those tinyclubs is good enough for like two rounds ( so no danger of getting stuck here on my way to 5c ). ___ A clean flash. Two times almost two rounds. Seven club throws to collapse.

120' + 75' - 5b rev casc - 87 (30'), 91, 105, 104, 82, 114, 101, 97, 112, .. , So, what or which is the "weakest element" of my 5b reverse cascade? - Dunno, ... in good phases with good patterns it seems, the issue in a given moment is simply relaxing and settling in that pattern versus losing the pattern there, maybe a casual slip, ... when i don't get it in bad phases, several issues might be that "weakest, worst element": maybe a slightly too bad height per beat ratio, maybe too little scoop to the outside a bad width, a too narrow pattern, gotta find out if can unless that "weakest element" is maybe dynamic and changes from time to time and pattern to pattern and is difficult to nail. If there is any such weakest elemment in my 5b revs, I'd expect it to be there both, in good and bad phases. Maybe it's simply my weaker hand doing wrong in any case. .. 91, //10' break//, 107, 93, 84, 95, 103, 93, 119, 93, 88 cl, 87 throws runs longer than 80 throws. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 119 ]
It's going half well, though, - #chartread 5b rev casc - I've increased my average, just haven't gotten the very long runs (~150+ throws) like in spring, nothing way above that daily over 100 throws since over three weeks now.

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 7 min.
5b 56752 - 28 min. Doing around emphasized 6-es mainly. Pretty good yield again: A 7th, two 8th and a 9th sides clean, apart from also several 6th to 8th sides into drop(s). #improvement #structuredPractise - also without breaking any PR, I see improvement just as much in needing less time, shorter stints, to find into pattern and upto average runs and average daily best runs. (used to need an hour, 1½ formerly) #otu - Also tried on 4b-156 again just a bit to check what goes, failing -> adjourned `` 'til cow comes home ´´ (would need longer extra stints).
7b casc - 135 min. 45, 49, 53, 57 (cl?), 51 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 57 ]
