5 ball tricks, 5prop mix, #StagesOfLearning, #new, 5 balls, 135 minutes

13' - 5b casc "easiest" / endure - 455 throws max.

2' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c - unto 13 rounds.

7' - 5 prop mix, 3b2c - 5 rounds to complete collapse.

13' - 5 prop mix, 2b3c (tinyclubs double spun) - °wow° .. surprised myself expecting to be blundering quarreling with two clubs in a hand at launch and at most flashing (which indeed was the case at first), but before long getting upto 2 rounds clean! .. and an attempt with seven or eight clubs thrown. Need to confirm it, reproduce, these next days and it'll be a notable step towards 5c indoors!? Glad, I ``dared´´ this! (as I did not feel ripe for it), .. #new (afai remember) #SoL

100' - 5b rev casc - 159, 159, 164 throws max above 120. ___ [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 164 ]

Total practice time: 135 minutes

Location: indoors low ceiling

7 balls, #StagesOfLearning, #endupatt, #technique, 60 minutes

( 7°C, no wind, could do without gloves )
5b casc varied - ~7 min.
7b casc - ~53 min. ___ [ daily7b III: 41 ] ( didn't get it rollin', but not all that bad, towards end almost found into good smooth relaxed pattern ___ found, that I can scoop even past the middle with handcircles then overlapping, which together with steeper angles gives wider `tunnels´ to throw up through when in a rather narrow pattern #SoL #technique #endupatt )

7 balls, #StagesOfLearning, 5 balls, 9 balls flashing, 80 minutes

5b casc varied - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~5 min. ___ bad (not even 7 gathers), awkward, no nimble arms, stopped in favor of more time for 7b.
7b casc - ~70 min. ___ 41, 47, [*], 43, 43, 52, 43 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 52 ] ___ [*] - short controlled runs - here, tried absolutely dropless (very short runs then). This is about a different kind of control as it felt, not over a snapped-in running pattern over a few throws or rounds, but over a run as a whole, runs ``out of a piece´´, control over the whole set of balls too. It also gave pretty low (thus effortless, easy) runs without feeling very fast. It's going for the perfect pattern, allowing for perfect throws only, right from launch. I'm doing this too little with 7b, and, if, then with focus on swift technique, no matter a drop, a slip here or there from doing like too lax or so or from trying with unleashed hazardously flapping wrists with some ball liable to fly anywhere, but I don't usually do it with focus on "absolutely dropless" or on 100% "full control". Disadvantages of doing (only) like this are: a) you're not learning correcting skills, b) you're not going for it, c) if failing even here, results will be very low runs only, short uncontrolled runs then (and really bad practise), d) maybe for doing this, it's necessary to even be able to do with (near) perfect technique and the feeling or mindset of it, which is currently not always granted as I later lost that control, that mindset maybe, and blundered a lot, so needed to force a bit and do higher, safer, slower, rowing more with arms again. .. A thin line with this too. #SoL

5 balls, #StagesOfLearning, 5prop mix, 43 minutes

35' - 5b casc endure ___ 364, 363, 340, 828 (on about two or three handwidths above head) throws' runs longer than 320 th. ___ After a few days of finding into a pattern and adoing that lasts 300-500 throws, I can now - towards the end of stints - find into `collecting´ blocks of 20 sets of 8 throws again, that can last upto 1,000 t and more in sight again. It's still not a constantly perfectly relaxed and nimble pattern, but rather often tensed in the shoulders, the longer a run endures, so still need to overall pull the pattern lower and do with speedier technique.

8' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c (doubles) - ___ 12 rds cl, 16 rounds to collapse.

Total practice time: 43 minutes

7 balls, #StagesOfLearning, #focus, #endupatt, #outstandingRuns, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 185 minutes

5b casc varied - ~12 min.
9b flashing - ~50 min. ___ Got three times 11 throws, before even getting 8 gathers. ___ All in all: Eight times 11 t, one of which into 7 gathers. Four times 8 g. Two times 9 c at hands ( like 7 c + 1 bounce + 1 touch, with time enough for having caught them all in very good pattern ).
7b casc - ~123 min. ___ 61 ( great run, easily well-aimed into pattern's top, almost all throws perfectly alike ), 43, 51, 45 cl, 46, 53, 43, 49, 43 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ #SoL #focus - In several runs, got over that 40 throws hurdle when it showed up, by instantly doing only a littler bit higher, thus slower, safer, in order to settle in the well-rolling pattern and adoing. ___ [ daily7b III: 61 ] ___ Got 1 clawthrow back to one round, then clean collect. Failed on a few attempts on a backcross. Also, never get the doublecatch in 977777707[75].

7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, #learningSiteswaps, #StagesOfLearning, #focus, 5 balls, 195 minutes

5b casc varied - ~12 min.
5b 34567 - ~15 min. ___ Upto into incomplete sixth rounds. Best clean was four rounds. ___ #SoL #learningSiteswaps #focus - lacking control, doing behind the timing, reactng more than acting. Focussing on and getting the 6-es well (tend to come as inside columns) is currently clue to longer runs.
9b flashing - ~60 min. ___ Eight times 8 gathers. 11 throws into 7 g, 12 t into 7 g, 13 t into 6 g. Nothing near 9 c today, but nice patterns in the air sometimes.
7b casc - ~108 min. ___ 44, 51, 46 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 51 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~13 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~7 min.
9b flashing - ~90 min. ___ Seven or eight times 8 gathers. ___ #focus #SoL - One completely unreasonable 15 throws (while balls already dropped and I think with a gap too), but a first attempt ever to look at and to focus on and to juggle into the top of the pattern only (in a big mess). ( thoughtworthiest fail, so to say )
5b 34567 - ~10 min. ___ not over four rounds into collapse, once. ( did too lax somehow, unconfident, and worrying about using up 7b stint's ahead's time )
7b casc - ~105 min. ___ 54, 42, 41, 51, 45 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 54 ]

5b casc varied - ~13 min.
9b flashing - ~60 min. ___ Eight times 8 gathers, one of which was a 9 c at hand, but last ball dropped off a both hands' catch. Three times 11 throws, one into 7 g.
7b casc - ~117 min. ___ 47, 43 cl, 43, 46, 45, 45 cl throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 47 ] ___ #SoL - oh, yeah, .. and once one late ball slapped \racketed back up to stable pattern (to be in time for next on that hand).

7 balls, 9 balls flashing, #StagesOfLearning, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 179 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~3 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~3 min.
9b flashing - ~65 min. ___ Five times 8 gathers. Half a dozen times more than nine throws in just a short period of time, maybe 10 minutes; once at least 15 throws, maybe once or twice more that many (else those were 13 throws).
#SoL - Generally, aiming alone won't do it: you need to earn the millisecs that you need to aim well first (guess, by starting right off on a good reasonable hearty height with the first ball ((but not too high in order to not have to do the rest with effort)) ). So, getting the timing well plus then aiming well can do it. Only then, orienting on the first ball's flight and its flight-time and keeping it spotted, will make it a whole launch, all of a piece, (also well-spaced and well-aligned) if all goes well.
7b casc - ~107 min. ___ 41, 43, 45, 41 throws' runs longer than 40 t. ___ [ daily7b III: 45 ]
