7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 7 balls triplex, #PR, 144 minutes

5b casc varied - 15 min.   (warmup as usual)
9b flashing - 17 min.   Three times 8 gathers, one of which 9 c in reach.   One 11 throws' launch.
7b casc - 112 min.   55, 43 cl, 63, 49, 43, 51, 50, 45, 47 cl, 43, 43 throws longest runs. Had forgotten how I did that "start right off with easiest throw", did that ``first easy throw´´ way too slow, blundering at launch for a while, before I then got it a bit again. (got the good results elseways)   [ daily7b II: 63 ]

.. and got a little 7b triplex rev #PR, 7 triplex thrown from launch into collapse, caught only one of the last plex - makes it 19 catches or 18 c + 1 gather. Casually doing no to five or so attempts per day.
