Circus class (about 60 minutes + juggling)
Strength training
Handstand practice: Just trying to kick up to "not quite standing straight"
Forward rolls: Worked about as well as they did before Christmas.
Cartwheels: Meh. Difficult.
Group acrobatics: Very easy stuff for 2-3 people.
Slackline: Need to practice this regularly. Walked most of the way once (on short, pretty tight slackline).
Trapeze: Got up from standing on crash mat with the trapeze just above my head. Did one really easy trick (star).
