5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 ball tricks, #blind, #endupatt, 235 minutes
10' - 3b blind - Worked myself up to 15 c cl, 24 c cl. - Long term intending to vary (conquer more airspace controlled, wide, high, front planes), then 5b blind, (more flashes, 5 c cl, and) 6.throw caught. On 5-height wasn't as obvious .. failed after few throws.
10' - 3b wide:
wide & smashy -- wide & smashy -- normal throw -- back to middle & smashy -- back to middle & smashy -- normal throw -- .. a.s.o.
Three period, 2 emphasized throws.
The normal throw tends to become wide too, so allowed for that (doing it not all as wide, restrained) to
get the pattern running. (But) Got 8 throws (only so far).
100' - 5b wristy, easiest, most relaxed patt - Pattern went near chin, like Nadir Le Jongleur (long not heard of him). Did not drift into fast low pattern today, because I worked on effective lever by throwing from fingers and pretty loose wrists ("lax" and "unleashed" mode seem to be getting better). This time, allowed for some effort for a few recovery throws, but not too effortish or over whole periods, as for "finding back into that easy pattern" (e.g. when bx-ing or ro-ing or simply enduring on result). 165, 173 throws runs that way.
25' - 5b endure - Not doing this mainly (but here also) for result, but for feeling into enduring for 7b. Had to go over 289, 237, 223, 245, (and earlier fails in between), until I got a 859 throws run (got me sweating, forearms burning a bit).
70' - 5b rev casc - 35, 31, 35 cl, 31, 37, throws runs. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 37 ]
