4 clubs, 3 clubs, 4 balls, mixed objects, 85 minutes

I was all alone at circus practice today... And I didn't even bring any music! A bit boring. Decided to try to film a few of the 3c tricks I'm currently practicing.

4 clubs:
Fountain, doubles. Ok but not my best day.
53 once and back to fountain did not work well today.

A few attempts at a 53 with the 3 behind my back (at the end of the session when I just felt like trying something difficult). No success, but I didn't really expect any.

Mixed objects:
Ball, hoop, club. Regular kid's hoop... Slow cascade (club on doubles), difficult.

4 balls:
Just a few rounds of 4b fountain.

3 clubs:
45123
45123 with the 1 behind my back and tossed "2" (flip).
441 with the 1 behind my back
423 (double, thumb roll, backcross)

A little bit of 1½ spin cascade (flipping the club after catching it wrong-ended), don't get many catches of this yet.

Total practice time: 85 minutes

Brook Roberts - 53 with the 3 behind the back :) I'm glad you are pushing yourself!
Maria - I should probably try it in 531 before going for 534 with the 3 thrown behind my back.... I think I have done a 531 that way a few times about 1½ years ago. But sometimes it's more fun to go for the difficult trick with small chance of success than for something I think I should be able to do.
