7 balls, 3 clubs basics, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, #technique, #collateral, 250 minutes

3c basics - ~5 min   120 doubles. 20 triples, but bad. Quads bad.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~30 min.   # tech - Queer interdependence: rolling the balls from fingers works best (low spread for outbreakers, unlike 5b let alone 7b) with 3b, thereby is an exercise for 9b (! 3b good for "nine" balls), where it will get very useful, I'm sure (while it's not necessarily needed for 7b) !?
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~20 min.   7-upto-9-high.
9b flashing - ~35 min.   Four times 7 gathers, once of which 8 g in reach. But all in a short good phase of 5-10 mins.
5b 56752 - ~30 min.   One fourth `side´ to breakdown. Once 11 catches clean. Still falling back into the wrong melody emphasizing a long 7 (instead the second 5 as I need to), but realize it early now.
5b casc fastest - ~5 min.   Slowly and steadily improving.
