7 balls, 3 heavy balls, 3 clubs basics, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 6 ball tricks, 215 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~10 min. Dots, claws, reachovers, penguins, rev--normal--normal, only sometimes uta, bb (looking).
3c basics - ~5 min Doubles - 112 catches. Triples - twice ~20 c.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~15 min. ~70 catches 7-high.
5b casc varied - ~15 min. Walking with, and pulsing wide\\narrow with 7-high each, sometimes goes good with longer runs and few drops, sometimes I don't get it and get short runs only and more frequent drops. 9-high still lacks accuracy, except on a good day - I can then attempt to walk with it.
6b-[53]55 - ~5 min. Too hard. Better 5b-355[75]50 needed first.
7b casc - ~165 min. ,, 55, 43,, 59 (57 c), 45, 49, 47,, 49, 45 -- 43 -- 43, 41, 50,, 40, (snack-break),,, 44 -- 49, 40, 39 cl,, 50, 61,, throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean]   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 61 ] Great run. Normal, natural, flowing well in beat, hands like guided by some nirvanic alien ;o]: But lots of awkward or forced or bailed out other runs.
