5 clubs, balance, 110 minutes

Good session. Been starting with one run of bx switching into rev bx, and it's nice how much more comfortable that transition is getting just by doing it once each session.

Getting better at balance tricks, and landed the 5551, 1 behind the back into the balance. Normal transition still fails more often than not though so need to pull that up.

5 clubs generally getting better and working on a variety of ss is helpful. Got 66661 and 88441 with 1 behind the back without too much effort - again these are good exercises for the 97531 (which I didn't land with 1 behind back today). 744 very nice form - really need to focus on timing, and low relaxed 4s - doing this gives me space to think about the 7s.

7 club flash worked. Got 10 catches in best run, although I was quite annoyed because it was easily good enough for longer, which is promising. The launches seem more relaxed and using less body movement which is good. Float the first two, then spin the rest.
