5 balls, 5 ball tricks, #ballproperties, 180 minutes

[ dailyLongestRun7b: 0 ]
5b endure - 150 min. With underfilled sacky beanbags, felt good for a change, but switched to cut-in tennisballs last hour: I believe underfilled and sacky consumes thrust. And the filling moving while braking the balls when catching, or else having to get under the mass-center well with the fingers each catch anew, prolongs the necessary dwell-time, while a harder ball grants more direct contact. (One catch did curl around my finger to a drop.)   510, (@ 50'), 547 (@ 60'), 467, 80'tb, 435, 369, 379, 427 throws runs longer than 320 th.   [ dailyLongestRun5b: 547 ]
5b half-tennis - 20 min. ( or: "fast tennis" [JWikia] )   (underfilled beanbags again)   = rev-normal-normal-a.s.o.   Went good: got upto 30 throws once, twice round 24. (PB, i think)
5b double reachovers - 10 min.
Unfresh, worn form.

Total practice time: 180 minutes

Location: indoors low ceiling

RegularJugular - Interesting insight. I find I get much longer runs with Uglies (underfillled beanbags) than I do with (rice 110g) filled tennisballs. Even though (because?) the beanbags slow down my movement. I tend to juggle tennisballs when it's been raining as otherwise I get frustrated with the drops.
7b_wizard - The tennisballs, I cut them six cuts, 2 x about a quarter of their circumference opposing, in triangles to one another in a distance. So, they give in a lot when catching or dropping.
7b_wizard - And the beanbags are really very badly underfilled i can almost squeeze through them with opponing finger\thumb. So, there's a lot mass (cherry pips, meanwhile crushed) tottering about inside the `sack´.
