5b endure - 110 min. 377 (early @ 10'), 400 (@ 50'), 337, 431 (@ 90'), 339, 599 (last run) throws runs longer than 320 th. When I managed to settle into a really relaxed and stable pattern, I try to think of it as sth like this (considerably faster, though): http://trumpetb.net/loco/locoimages/rodsmed.gif
to keep it going, and imagine, every monotoneous turn of the wheel (=ball's orbits) and every sound of the piston rod (=catch-sounds, the beat) gets me home to that very long run done. :o) [ dailyLongestRun5b: 599 ]
