3-9 balls, spins, 1 handed juggling, 75 minutes

5b in one hand: 7 catches (right hand)! New personal record.
3b: Warm up and some tricks. Spins: 180's, 360's, 720's.
4b: Short practise, some siteswaps and 180's and 360's.
5b: Some siteswaps. Practiced 5 up 360 but with no result, also 3 up's.
6b: Felt very good, 52 catches (async) and around 40 with wimpy.
7b: Felt OK, tried 5 up 360 to a collect, but failed. It doesn't feel too difficult though.
8b: Pretty sure I did 16 throws. Recorded it, but I'm to lazy to look through. Got up to 13-14 catches or so on the best attempt.
9b: Felt OK, need to throw higher in order to get time to catch the balls.

I recorded probably over 20 minutes of my numbers practice. I have noticed I tend to get in bad mood when I record as I get frustrated while trying to get longer runs than I'm actually able to do. I need better planning! OK practice session, nothing more. I could have been much more focused and positive, but I was tired both physical and mental.
