7 balls, 3 balls, 7 balls splits, #session, #form, #efficiency, 160 minutes

Took 3c into hands did two tries on 423, failed, stopped.
7b casc - 150 min.   Took it very easy today, slow, lax picking up drops, allowed almost no effort, early collects on outbreakers need a footstep.   Correspondingly got effortless speedy low and very low runs (latter's max ~ one foot over head).   Max counted: 43 throws; also one very long run not counted (45? or 53? th). Also one great very constant & easy short run (~25? th).   Did some .. 3b inv. box - 5 min   amidst the 7b-stint. (Wanted that better than yesterday)   Got ([42],2)(2x,2)(2,3) = throw(4)-throw(2x)-catch(4)-throw(3)-catch(2x) (+ ..-throw(2x) maybe) .. just eliminate 3 and I will have it ;o])   ff. 7b [ dailyLongestRun7b: 43 ]  7b splits - 5 min.   8 catches. 10 throws.
#efficiency #session #form - instructive great session for doing uncompromisingly effortless --> gave great runs, preserved good form.
