3balls LEVEL: 3, 45 minutes

Did great. I had some trouble, but i discovered that I wasn't reaching up to catch. I forgot that reaching up and throwing forces you to use more arm then wrist, and helps you throw straight up. I think i'm going to do one more session today, later tonight. well see.

Edit: forgot to mention that i attempted the flash starting from the right and left, and i did better than i thought i would. It wasn't totally PERFECT, but i was doing it right, and it felt right. I also didn't struggle.

And yes, i know, i have been spending ALOT of time working on the basics. I feel it is necessary to MASTER the basics before i attempt to learn anything new or difficult like the 5 ball cascade. It's taking a while, but my throwing technique has improved a ton. I have a feeling that re-learning and mastering the 5ball cascade wont take long to learn. (Once i get past all the basics.)
