Great session. like these days, breaking PRs, getting neater and longer runs with everything.
I feel it's all the good work coming back. never before have I trained so hard.
I look at my practice calendar and it's so nice to watch it get so red.
7b... my god, today in one particular run it "clicked in". it just felt like the 5b does... you know? even when it wasn't a long run, it felt so good. :)
And I made 2 flashes! first time ever!!
Also struggling with wich kind of wimpy to do.
little asynch throws? slight difference in hight? one hand a little further out?
right now i'm making a mix of them all... can't help it.
but i need to make it neat, so i have to choose.
