flashing 5 balls. got a decent flash about once out of every three tries, the other too are messy but i mostly caught everything. got 7 catches a couple of times.

5551 R & L, cross flashes, 4 shower (10 catches on average).

not anything special, teaching a mate from college the basics. 3 count, 2 count, 1 count.
