5 ball tricks, #fractalPractise, #StagesOfLearning, 110 minutes

110' - 5b rev casc - [typing while doing:] .. #fractalPractise[°] - klutzing, finding back into transitioning from normal throws' launch, ~10 th, .. speedier now, 10-20 th, .. a bit comfortably higher again now ("speedy" was too low), but inaccurate, 20-30 th, .. well in rhythm & better (focus / concentration on) aiming now, 75 th, .. drifts, .. fluent now, better aiming, slighter spread, good rhythm, but still drifts, no full control, not snapped-in, attention slightly behind pattern-speed, 81 th, .. 93 (@ 45'), .. 116 (75', hazardous), 135, .. doing relaxed now, not tensed, .. settling, synchronizing mindspeed, in good patterns, is now the issue, .. 143 (two three periods of bail out to get over mind-barrier 100 t), 117, 129, .. rolls now, good long runs, almost ``bored´´, or with peripheral attention only, no distinct focus that I'm aware of, feels highly automized, ( unbiasing: still fails & blunders also, though, not always gettin' it ).. 91, 127, 113 throws runs longer than 90 throws. [ chart: 5b reverse cascade progress: 143 ]

[°] - In matters of ``fractal Practise´´, I should compare my stages of improvement, finding into pattern, within this stint  ( finding back into the reverse throws' movement, the action pattern, which is still not granted anytime --> get a viable speed per height ratio --> put the whole thing on a comfortable height --> getting accurate aiming --> getting the rhythm well --> getting long runs, relaxing, avoiding any tensions --> settling in snapped-in pattern ),  .. compare that with my alltime progress on 5b rev ( http://www.jugglingedge.com/logcalendar.php?UserID=885&Tag%5B%5D=%23StagesOfLearning&Tag%5B%5D=5+ball+tricks, 2018 and http://www.jugglingedge.com/logcalendar.php?Y=2017&UserID=885&Tag[]=%23StagesOfLearning&Tag[]=5+ball+tricks, starting Oct 2017 ).

*edit, 2days*: .. I'm pretty positive that that alltime progress is pretty much roughly the same as the stages of finding into pattern within a single stint.
Then, also, in average, those stages appear in every single run (unless, in good phases, I launch right into perfect patterns that instantly roll like ever): klutzing the first period to re-put it on the right height just to keep it up, --> then get the ratioes well (height, speed, dwelltime) --> then getting the whole thing as comfortable as can --> then settling in that ongoin pattern to make it a long rolling run.

So, alltime progress, single stint and a single run all work after a same scheme.

I wonder if this roughly still applies to also a single throw (the milliseconds of changing focusses) on a more detailed scale, and aswell, on a general scale for the evolution of juggling skills throughout a single convention, the development of a club, the community as a whole and skill improvement throughout history!? (then if it goes for all lifeforms in the universe juggling lol)
