133' + 70' - 5b rev casc - started with bad weakhand, after somewhat fixin' had then still bad angles, .. 95 (@ 65'), 96 cl, 107, 99, 91, 134 smooth, fluent, 145, .. ( #SoL - ) can't tell what is now distinctly different compared to the beginning of this stint and to yesterday, just overall lower, speedier, better in shape and rhythm; ( #focus - ) I was, though, at start swimming a bit with different focusses on now this then that. ( #endupatt - ) Maybe going for a pattern that is about as high as wide is a clue to getting it good ( instead losing time and effort on high narrow patterns when trying to find into pattern, if that's possible ). .. 111, //20' break//, 101, 100, 101, 103, 131, 96, 99, throws runs longer than 90 throws.
