Which sport can you think of, that would profit a lot from regular juggling training? [ #related #sports #training ]
I thought, handball (for hand-eye-brain coordination; ball-feel; trick shots; body-awareness; passing; .. ).
Boxing or any fight-sport (for reaction time; hand moves; posture; torso moves; .. ).
Rhythmic gymnastics (for handling props; throw's timing; flow; .. ).
Any other?

Poker, so you can win money to buy you time to juggle more
°hehe° .. tried that. Lost almost all my welcome-bankroll and had to play freerolls :o(
"Also" poker, additional to handball, boxing and rhythm gym, or only poker 24/7/365 ? ;o]p
An Italian friend of mine improved at skiing after learning to juggle (up to 5 balls). His trainer noticed that his timing and coordination had improved and asked him what he'd been doing in England.

Juggling can be effective cross-training, but will yield less results than sport specific training.
I certainly feel healthier from juggling 7b. Lifestyle changes have helped me become a better athlete. Optimizing rest, nutrition, and training is necessary for every sport.
Ohhh-kaay. Wouldn't you rate two handballers passing for instance a 3 handball shower "handball specific juggling"? Or sth. like ss:51112? Not handball specific enough?
