The usual machines 20 reps x3.  Bench 65, crunch 70, pull 85, extend 70.  Feels kind of wimpy, but it is high reps almost every day.

3 rounds of b, c, p, be + wrist exercises with odd occasional right hand wrist pain -- previous two logs were 5 rounds - wrists. Gym closes early weekends, which I have yet to embrace fully as a good idea for all gyms.

Mixed machines -- bench, crunch, pulldown, back extension.  Weights feel pointlessly strenuous / uncomfortable, but the results look good and I do enjoy eating.
