# spins, 4 clubs, passing, 90 minutes

Messed around with some silly tricks for a while which was fun, should do that more often.

Practised 3 clubs in right hand because left hand is still sad. Then tried 6 anyway which didn't go very well. I think my left hand didn't really want to try...

Decided to do spins instead, since I'm finding them more amusing recently, and as practise for some tricks I would like to get in passing (8 club 8 up in 2ct singles, and then more ambitiously the 8 up 2 stage 720). In 4 clubs got 2 up 360, 2 up 720, 4 up 360, 4 up 2 stage 720, all from sync singles, and a 4up from async singles. Feeling nice, need to focus on being slow. Also I can cheat and do silly corrections, I should try not to rely on this :)

Finished with a bit of passing with Heydar. We got the 4 up in 8 clubs, and some bad runs of 9. Probably need to take at least a week off now though, since it's evident the hand isn't going to heal without more forceful intervention (i.e. not juggling for a while).

Back to practice. I wanted to practice clubs today.

I finally got the 4 club async fount flash :) Close to 5 catches one time and 6 throws another.

Practiced 531, shower, flashes, 423, 1 up 2 up etc. with 3 clubs (need to work more on 1 up 2 up) I also worked on 3 up 360. It's a bit tricky, but I was close.

I want to practice balls tomorrow though. Especially 5, 6 and 7. Maybe 4 some.

NOOOOOOOOOOO... :((((((

I just got a muscle tension or strain (?) in my back. On the right side. I tried to get 9 or 10 catches of the 9 ball cascade. It went better than I thought, but then this happened. I was very "tired" in my arms and back because I did the same shit of 6 balls for too long before. It started of to be a OK session though, but as I said, I did too much with 6.

Lesson learned: Don't do 9 when you're exhausted.

I hope my back will be better very soon, I don't really know what to do. 3 ball cascade hurts right now. If you have tips, comment please.

Before this, I practiced 6 very much, as I said. I still don't get the 6 ball 4 up, but 777771 and 777770 felt OK. Need to practice more starting with my left hand though. I haven't practiced 6 ball half shower much, but got probably up to 45 catches today. (async)

UPDATE: Wow, 1 hour after, and I feel much better. Just got som massage. And some cream

In the end I practiced 9 a lot. I got a flash, but the video quality got shitty some how...

After I got it I wanted to get one again, I didn't but was very close. I got to stressed out because the gym was just about to close. If I got some more time, I would have got another one.

1 run of 60 catches and another of 62 with 7 balls. Felt solid today. Also tried (8x,6)*, got 10 catches :DD BUUT my 7 ball half shower really sucks. I keep walk to the right.

Really need to start practice 6... But it's not as fun as 7, I need motivation.

Several siteswaps with 4 and 5 I haven't done much before. 1234567 feels great now, also 74464. First time I did one round of 95551.

Second half was very well structured and with good focus. There I worked with 3-5 balls.

The first half I mostly juggled with rings and clubs, fun practice but way to "lazy"/unstructured. The whole session wouldn't have taken so much time if I just had concentrated and structured the first half.

I really do believe that I can progress much faster and become a lot better if I just structure and focus. Two important words to remember.

I got a little less than 30 catches with 5 rings. No 4 club flash...

Great session in a gym I've never practiced in before!

58 catches of 7 ball cascade!! New record :DD Felt very solid today, but I really need to increase the height of the pattern.

6 also felt good, a couple of runs with over 60 catches.
