# 7 balls, 4 clubs, handstand, 70 minutes

For a warmup I ran lines on a basketball court, which I really liked.

I started working on 7b cascade with 7 different colored balls. This is fun, and looks nice.

Four club fountain to three in one hand is going well: https://youtu.be/z2y5iHBugyk.

The average for 100 runs was 41. The optimal time for working on 7b endurance is eight minutes.
# 4 clubs - 534
# 5 clubs - no progress
# handstand - tucking knees into chest makes it easier to balance

#newfeaturerequest. It would be great if I could render that graph by entering, 'Pattern_name:[list of catch counts].' This is the Python code that I used to generate the density function:

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
import numpy as np
from scipy.stats import gaussian_kde

data = [61, 90, 9, 9, 97, 37, 34, 117, 91, 14, 16, 10, 28, 23, 55, 50, 23, 9, 19, 75, 7, 102, 54, 9, 10, 133, 70, 14, 68, 99, 21, 37, 30, 21, 21, 30, 43, 52, 14, 52, 12, 61, 19, 46, 18, 18, 23, 9, 63, 36, 30, 12, 109, 61, 90, 9, 9, 97, 37, 34, 117, 91, 14, 16, 10, 28, 23, 55, 50, 23, 9, 19, 75, 7, 102, 54, 9, 10, 133, 70, 14, 68, 99, 21, 37, 30, 21, 21, 30, 43, 52, 14, 52, 12, 61, 19, 46, 18, 18, 23, 9, 63, 36, 30, 12, 109]

density = gaussian_kde(data)

# 4 clubs, 5 balls, 5 clubs, 6 balls, 7 balls, handstand, 75 minutes

# 5 balls, 20 minutes

Cascade, High Throws, Chases, 645, 744, and (6x4)*

# 6 balls, 10 minutes

Async to sync transitions - super solid.

# 7 balls, 8 minutes

Average for 11 was 7 ball average: 71 catches, long run was 160 catches.

# 4 clubs, 30 minutes

534, async to sync transition.

# 5 clubs, 30 minutes

Worked on starting with three in my left hand. Still walking forward, but not as bad. Long run was <100.

# handstands, 3 minutes

3 handstands. Worked on pulling my knees into my chest. It felt like the crow pose in yoga. I'm still using the wall, but not as much now. I touch my foot against the wall to find vertical, but I don't use the wall for support.

# 5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, training, handstand, 20 minutes

Warmup: flow jumprope

I only had 20 minutes to juggle before pickup basketball. My goal was to hit 100+ catches with 7. Ended up running 7 to almost 200 catches. Wearing sweats and diving to my knees, I was able to gather all the balls. I continued to hit smooth 5 ball tricks as basketball players arrived.

Played basketball, Five games to 23 points; W,W,W,W,L. I need better conditioning, vertical leap is good.

After basketball, I did two 15 second handstands. The first one may have been clean (didn't touch the wall with my feet).

Total practice time: 20 minutes

Location: Full Court Gym
