Right arm still a bit injured, but it could do most things except reach up to catch passes. Did some decent left handed body throws in passing and should work on these a bit more and possibly try more exciting things in one count.
5 club stuff is getting good - regime of cycling through 5 club moves is helping. Got 97531 to 7 rounds of 744 back to pattern. Couldn't work on 7 due to arm. Should keep practicing triples and singles regularly when arm is better.
