Skimmed through Laido Dittmar's eBook segment of the day. Here's the executive summary:
Try new patterns more, worry about solidifying and maintaining patterns less.
Try new patterns earlier in practises.
I wonder what form-junkies think of this? I already do the second point (I do my hardest stuff about 20-30 % through my sessions), and I'm curious about the first. Perhaps instead of having a longish list of focus patterns, I'll narrow it to ~20 minutes of focus patterns and have a varying "focus of the week". That would probably be better for video generation.
