# No3b, 40 minutes

Somewhat uninspired...couldn't practice anything too demanding because I overdid it at juggling club last night a little. Nothing to worry about, just a bit sore.

Did some (4x,4x)* 0.5bth which was annoying. A little #ISC, working on some other transitions into it.

Listened to Hardcore History for the first time after receiving lots of recommendations. Not a fan based on it so far, I guess I'll give it one more session. Recommendations for interesting, educational(ish is fine) podcasts that don't take one's entire attention. One's I've enjoyed so far: Hello Internet, Freakonomics. Radiolab was kind of middle of the road (very deep into stories that often aren't relevant to me, but are interesting). Intelligence squared takes too much focus to juggle to.

A bit rushed. Went through the normal patterns quickly, recorded some 4b stacked columns:

75751 and 771 were good. Started practicing 933 again...I think I'll really like that pattern when it starts to click. 5ups, 3ups, #high5 were all decent.

#7b was decent, broke 100 catches. #high7 had its moments!

#ISC was starting to feel a bit better still. Still too much inter-run variability, but that'll come.

Things were working pretty well today. #7bhigh looked nice (briefly) a couple times, which is always a treat. Had my cleanest run ever of 771 and #ISC. Finished 5 minutes early because I'd budgeted 6 minutes to recording a good run of ISC, but then got it on the first try.

Quick session after teaching and before going canoeing.

75751 and 771 were nice. Didn't do 645. #high5b was good, and staggering flashes with awkward numbers of setups throws was getting a little easier.

#7b was alright, nothing crazy.

#ISC was okay.

A bit behind on sleep today. Probably not juggling tomorrow due to working 7: 30 am - 8: 30 pm and likely being a bit further behind on sleep.

75751 went great, got some longish (~15 second?) runs. A bit of walking, but nice. Also took less time to get running than before.

771 felt okay, not as clean as I'd like it to be. Most frequent issue is a collision on right side from right ball not crossing enough.

645 - did this a bit because I didn't take as long on 75751 as I usually do. I find this a finnicky siteswap, so I'll add it to my warm up to help smooth things out.

#high5 was fun, paid special attention to ensure throws were coming from the arms, not the legs.

#7b was annoying because I didn't continue my streak of >100 catch days. Broke 90 catches a fair bit, though. Throws were pretty good today, catches were rubbish.

#5bbx is a new addition. I'm back to being bad at it, only getting 3 consecutive catches a few times and never very nicely.

#ISC went well, almost doubled my PB to a new 54 catches. It's starting to feel slower, and I'm able to make minor corrections. Right hand still wants to throw too high sometimes.

75751 started clicking for runs (need to work on keeping those 5s low, though!), 771 was feeling comfortable at times with nice, even peaks. Enjoyed #high7 again, and had my third day of >100 catches in a run. #ISC is going well (got 30 catches twice, up from about 16-20), but I'm cheating a bit: I'm keeping the 6xs pretty low which helps to mitigate the drift that my previous runs were showing. I'm pretty convinced that truly inverted sprung cascade is not only possible, but feasible. I'll get to that when ISC actually feels comfortable.

Similar to yesterday, also did some 771 focusing on transitions in and out. Oh, I also forgot to mention I've been working on inverted sprung cascade (let's call it #ISC). Tried doing 7b high and low a bit. Broke 100 catches of 7 again.

Similar to yesterday, got 120 catches of 7b. Amazing how quickly it comes back after ~6 months off!
