#technique #endupatt "easiest pattern" - For 5b enduring, I little by little optimized posture, pattern, rhythm, many things, details finetuning, from the *running* pattern. Today, with 7b, it struck me, what seems logical, that a throw is an ``element´´ of the pattern after all and it would make sense *to start right off with one ``easiest´´ throw*, and then try to keep doing all subsequent throws alike. I actually tried that starting with 5.fth(?) or 7.th(?) throw from launch, and got very smooth rather low patterns, extremely easy throwing with spare time plenty, but into early fails. Kind of ``inductive´´ vs ``deductive´´ approaches so to say - from the pattern to best way to do the throw versus going from the single, individual throw to the desired pattern. (As we all know..) Often, in general, there's (at least) those two options to achieve a goal, those two ends from which to approach a pattern and improving on it: going for the maximum, that you *can't* do (then e.g. pumping, forcing, going for it, risking all), as opposed to starting and improving from the minimum, that you *can* do (then e.g. pyramid practise, short controlled runs).

**3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 9 min.****9b flashing - 53 min.** Two times 8 gathers. **First ever normal size balls flash, 9 catches clean.** Overdue, but definitely "gotten" still is relieving and, yeah, cool to finally have it accomplished. Wonderful pattern, not narrow, not too wide, not very high, perfectly well-shaped and ~timed. Several times upto 13 throws in matters of more than 9 throws.**7b casc - 123 min.** 43, **53**, 45, 45, **55**, 43, 43, 49 cl (last run, stopped) throws longest runs. #psychologic - Tried to not get into tensed mode trying to tie up with yesterday's great practise, but the memory was still too fresh, so forced for result a lot and didn't get it smooth enough.
