Felt like shit, but can't train on the 24th or 25th, so I had to train extra hard today. My lower back really hurts, not sure why.

I've been doing some exercises from Juggling Mastery. I think they are helpful. Today I ran 7b for 187 throws to a drop. Unsatisfied, I continued until I ran 7b for 100 catches to a clean collect. Much less foot movement than usual.

I was tried to beat my 7b pr of 205 catches, from more than a year ago. My longest run today was just under 200 catches.

I felt really good after that. Even though I have failed so many times, it still feels really good to have a long run of 7b. I could feel time pass by. It's an unusual feeling, just counting and feeling the time pass by.

Even if I never beat my pr, or juggle 7 balls for a minute, or whatever; I'll still have that feeling. That is juggling!

Felt good for the first time in more than a week. Juggling was great.

Couldn't stand the wait, broke down and wrote a Python script to see who would be in the top 40. No surprises. Gatto is #17.

ran 7b for 100 catches on first try; spent another 20 minutes to get 150 catches.

ran 5c for 100 catches on the first try.

new 4c pattern 55244. Easier than 534, more fun to juggle, and looks cooler.
