#technique #endupatt "easiest pattern" - For 5b enduring, I little by little optimized posture, pattern, rhythm, many things, details finetuning, from the running pattern. Today, with 7b, it struck me, what seems logical, that a throw is an ``element´´ of the pattern after all and it would make sense to start right off with one ``easiest´´ throw, and then try to keep doing all subsequent throws alike. I actually tried that starting with 5.fth(?) or 7.th(?) throw from launch, and got very smooth rather low patterns, extremely easy throwing with spare time plenty, but into early fails.   Kind of ``inductive´´ vs ``deductive´´ approaches so to say - from the pattern to best way to do the throw versus going from the single, individual throw to the desired pattern. (As we all know..) Often, in general, there's (at least) those two options to achieve a goal, those two ends from which to approach a pattern and improving on it: going for the maximum, that you can't do (then e.g. pumping, forcing, going for it, risking all), as opposed to starting and improving from the minimum, that you can do (then e.g. pyramid practise, short controlled runs).

Started off with a cold start on 7b, but it was so stiff and sedate that I preferred to warmup with 5b:
5b casc varied - 17 min.   Didn't want to do that long, but enduring wristy 7-high was hardly longer (127 throws and way below) than I want 7b runs to be.   Also (very) high and also fast runs.
7b casc - 100 min.   63, 55, 49, 49, 44(? 46?) throws longest runs. Okay yield and feel after two not so good days' practise.   [ daily7b II: 63 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 20 min.   (among usual freestyling:)  A few single bx + 90° (still not dead solid).   #otu - tried sth new: from cascade: normal throw ( 3 ) -- hold ( 2 ) -- pretty high throw ( 7 ? ) -- hold ( [22] ) -- take one ball from holding hand and claw throw it to takehandside ( 14 ? ) -- take 2.nd held ball and clawthrow to holdhandside ( 13 ) -- catch and rethrow former pretty high throw with now free again holdhand ( 3 ); sort of 333..333325[21]413..333 literally, but rather did 333327[21]61500.

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 9 min.
9b flashing - 53 min.   Two times 8 gathers.   First ever normal size balls flash, 9 catches clean. Overdue, but definitely "gotten" still is relieving and, yeah, cool to finally have it accomplished. Wonderful pattern, not narrow, not too wide, not very high, perfectly well-shaped and ~timed.   Several times upto 13 throws in matters of more than 9 throws.
7b casc - 123 min.   43, 53, 45, 45, 55, 43, 43, 49 cl (last run, stopped) throws longest runs.   #psychologic - Tried to not get into tensed mode trying to tie up with yesterday's great practise, but the memory was still too fresh, so forced for result a lot and didn't get it smooth enough. Twice over 50 is okay so far though.   [ daily7b II: 55 ]

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   111 throws 6-high into collision.   173 t 5-high to drop(s).
9b flashing - 75 min.   Six times 8 gathers.   Sort of 11, 11, 13, 15, 13, 11, 12(? 14?) throws' launches.
7b casc - 135 min.   °woueeee°: 57, 53, 43, 45, 69, 53, 83 c cl new #PR, 49, 45, 51, 49, 43, 48, 75 (near old PR was only second best today!?), 45 throws longest runs.   #outstandingRuns - (outstanding by being longest and PR, else like other runs before) - bad start, pattern too fast or I was behind with handspeed .. had to struggle to keep it up at all (but after that, it's always good to have the worst part done and behind) .. got a pattern a bit too high for my taste (~4 ft above head), but managed to pull it down a bit (~3 ft sth) and get it ``comfortable´´ .. had one or two ``explosive´´ full power corrections at about 35 and or 40+ (50?) throws .. then it rolled as easy as can, ``cascady´´, untensed, downright relaxed, and went on and on .. lost control on a few flawly throws in a row, and managed to go to an ugly (selfthrow? a low 5?) full collect after slight collision and with two clustered balls. I've had over 80 throws formerly, but to collapse. Confirming with 75 t later this stint was very important to me (to not have it be an irrationally lucky peak run).   [ daily7b II: 83 ]
