3c basics - ~5 min 159 doubles, only run. 29, 18 triples max. Quadruples bad, 3-4.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~25 min.
5b splits bx - ~35 min. Max 9 throws. Max 7 catches. 6 catches clean.
6b 2 - ~5 min. ( or = slow [32T1] ) Intricate. 3 and 5 need be spaced well, that stack well cut, as there's a throw in between. Gripping the low ball even lower at sort of its upper half with mainly pinky will do that, but makes catching like that or readjusting pretty difficult. 8b triplexes are therefore definitely easier (whole stack caught there before rethrown). Cf. Thread "Harder with less". Got a third throw which is best I ever got with this.
7b splits - ~60 min. Max 9 throws (good). Max 14 c (confirming again & again). Three or four times 10 c cl.
I am really going for result (without neglecting good form nonetheless) on all these multiplexes, which is why I let these gnaw on time left for 7b training. But they all feel so close to getting fluent, yet palpable progress is too little for what I think they do feel better and better.
5b 52567 - ~35 min. One lucky fifth(!) side (to breakdown) doing nice crescendos after that introductory 5 with pause. No idea how I did this (I wasn't even paying attention, just ``completing´´ attempts, not even concentrating, so I missed any ``clue´´ if there was). #SoL - Did the pauses (=the holds) longer - didn't think, I had that time! Also the crescendo slower. Came there by trying to follow the beat more strictly.
7b casc - ~95 min. ,,,43 ,,,,[X] ,,48 ,,47 ,,, throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; [X] = break] Nice cascady top (which I hadn't so much the last days) - all you do is really to only throw under the last ball! [ dailyLongestRun7b: 48 ]
Total practice time: 260 minutes
Location: uneven cobbles under bridge + rivershore meadow
5b casc varied - ~30 min.
6b 2 - ~10 min. (When being so confident on 8b-2 yesterday) Had forgotten about having to spread-cut the 3 and 5 well, which I do by holding the 3 lower in the palm with pinky. But doing so costs some millisecs and makes it more difficult. But - as I just see in JL - it doesn't even apply for 8b-2, as both (5 and 7) get collected there, other than here with 6b, where you throw after catching the 3.
7b casc - ~110 min. Late 44 throws only run longer than 38 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 44 ]
in between (during rain-break) 5b fastest - ~30 min. Improving. Got longer runs again.
Total practice time: 180 minutes
Location: dirty uneven cobbles under bridge
3 heavy balls, 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~20 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
6b-2 - ~20 min. (Bubbles) Did
122..a.s.o. no: sth like 122222 to launch first triplex. Grip: triangle + backhand throw spun inside up. --> The low ball needs spaced very low well (soas to have time for throwing next triplex); by holding that ball a bit apart, lower in the hand, with pinky mainly (and by that a bit nearer to wrist with less lever), it will not fly too high. --> I tend to do the third throw too early as duplex (not waiting 'til the third ball landed), but got three triplexes done (to collapse) once. Like 9 throws 6 catches but for that launch with a 1.
[edit, after ladder-diagramming:] need to do 122222..a.s.o. [end edit]
I guess the trick is pretty easy to run, once you got the knack. There's always only 3-4 balls in the air.
5b casc varied - ~10 min. (Bubbles) Pulse wide\\narrow; walk backwards\\forewards with 7-high pattern; fastest.
7b casc - ~120 min. Once 49 throws run (plus two longer uncounted runs, but estimated equal or below that) was all the yield above 38 th. Runs felt really good, though, partly easy, but slips or collisions broke it down and I didn't always do everything right (pattern near body; scoop as much as necessary to not drift into too wide; not enough wrist; too graspy with too much palm instead fingerbasket). Good felt average somewhere between 27-33. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ]

3b freestyle, misc - 20 min. (Bubbles) 2b - 10 min. Few tries of 4b fountain synch, asynch - no use .. would be lotsa work taming that weak hand throwing out of reach - I prefer getting along with reverse variations. 2b-(2x,2x) wimpy bx .. avoid interfering of throws and collisions by throwing behind hips (like for shoulder throws); then not backcross them behind the back towards beside ear, but along behind the head, crossing far above only. Feasible. Did some. Should go for more balls. 5b casc varied - 30 min. Did at 9b-height: "aim well with very loose, flapping wrists" (in this case with a lot of help - but only as much as necessary - from rest of arms), went good. Did some high(~9b-height)\\low(normal 5b-height) up and down pulsing, went well too after got into.
7b casc - 40 min. Flapping wrists, but always tempted to go up to safer height. One run round 40 throws again. Several "this could become a long one"-runs ( but didn't :o] ).
(forced rain-break again .. had to secure my stuff and move some to where 7b was no good option)
5b reachovers - 20(?) 40(?) min. Returned to 'my' reachover-challenge: 5 single RO in one run. Did merely two. (Then more 7b preliminaries? Forgot.)
7b casc - 125(??) 105(?) min. Worked off time sometimes getting acceptable, even good runs. (got disturbed again by youths playing "throw stones at beerbottles" O.o ) 6b triplex - 10 min. Several consecutive throws of the easier variation 0[lotsa "2"-s] all caught. Enough for today!
Total practice time: 245 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 30 min. (200 gr) [other than usual[°]:] Consecutive Under The Arms (="uta"). [°] "usual: My hands 'may do what they want' so to say .. mostly single throws: reachovers, claws, xhand, penguins, columns, racketing, .. less: bx, bb, uta, behind neck, back of hand, splits, ellrollers back-backarm-forth, .. rarely: behind other hip under other arm (contorsionist), shoulder throw, .. all as they fit that precise moment and into the constellation. 7b casc - 100 min. Try "aiming well with very loose flapping wrists". Can't help falling into forcing too much to keep promising runs up. Good form. Had a good phase 10(?)-15(?)-20(?) min with consecutive longer runs. Had some (illusive?) "think_I_got_it_now" feeling runs, yet nothing palpable but the feeling of improving on faster-lower and effortless pattern. Max maybe ~ >=40 throws (time and catches done vary a lot with doing different heights + different techniques / dwell-times, so a seemingly 'long' run can heve fewer catches than a shorter fast-low run).
3b freestyle, misc - 30 min (200 gr) 7b casc - 90 min. Worn unit, mere work, fresh-up wouldn't work or last long. Still some acceptable runs. 6b triplex - 12 min. Tried 2 but working on getting the 5 and 7 well cut to big distance ( and earning the necessary time for the throw after that 5 caught before having to catch the 7 ). Figured out a grip with ringfinger between the lower palm-ball and the two upper finger-balls, which does perfect at start, but gotta get used to doing it while catching whilst juggling. 5b anything - 3 min.
Total practice time: 265 minutes
3b freestyle, misc - 60 min. 5b casc blind - 25 min. Flashing blind, not closing eyes on running cascade - don't want to have to learn flashing later again. I use a counter-melody ♫♪ in tones for wrong heights, works fine: 2, 3, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, gathers, then occurred runs with 6 throws twice, one with 7 throws one with 8, but minimum gathers (don't even know if regular catches) necessary for that. 5b casc varied - 30 min. Some easy short runs at 7b-height (instant stop at least effort). Some little forced at 9b-height, short accurate runs. Some "easy" as would go fast 'n low. 7b casc - 100 min. Few early fails, good runs, good form. Little, but that endurance feeling. Partly having some control. - I am confident that my average has risen since last year, and one-two runs with round 40 throws almost daily ain't that bad after all. Hoping on a breakthrough daily. 6b triplex - 10 min. 2 the 3 and 5 must be well cut, so as to have space for the throw: achievable with the lower ball further down held with pinky mainly.
1c - 15 min. Using plastic club today. Clawed reachovers getting better, faster, swifter. Tried them with 2b+1c: caught, but broke then. Backhand(?) shoulder throw double or triple: grip neck with knob ahead from above (as you hold a bottle), then skip up sidewards behind hip with ringfinger. Works fine. (aim well!) 3b freestyle, misc - 15 min. 7b casc - 85 min. Tried anything towards end: unleashed, forcing, loose, whatever, for a real long run but wouldn't ..
Total practice time: 340 minutes
3b freestyle, misc - 20 min. 6b triplex - 10 min. (3b in each hand-start:) 222.. first nowhere near, then did once ugly as can be three triplex throws at least. Feasible with some getting into (="work"). Some 022 . 7b splits - 30 min. Did this for PR only :o] .. anything palpable, countable, recordable, writedownable, have documentedable :o|. But only some 8c clean, one or two 10 throws, 9 c, one 14 throws. 5b casc varied - 15 min. Endure normal height ~ 500 c. Endure at 7b-height, 19 sets of 8 throws. Bit "fastest". 7b casc - 100 min. Same as ever: feel like improving, but no PR counted. Several round 30 throws. One counted on 43 throws(?) catches(?) clean(?) at least.
3b freestyle, misc - 25 min. 7b splits - 20 min. Twice 10 catches unclean (hopped over from catchhand to other or caught body+arm). Ugly pattern: looked like left/right columns andor ). Found, a) fourth throw does rather 'cos other grip with only now firstly thrown ball from palm (not fingers only) still left in starthand - had to find a long conducted throw high through the middle. Better. b) concentrating on nice splits (rather than on easy pattern after all) does way nicer pattern and better to handle. c) #mentec mental technique / trick: using a mantra or worded beat or counting: pretend the juggling goes on after fail for a few throws imagining really doing these throws and continue wording them regardless of droppeds .. will hopefully get over any automated stop-limit. 7b casc - 65 min. More over 30 th, maybe one-two round 40. 1c clawed reachover - 10 min. 3 as column, then clawed catch .. then next reachover throw (wrong side throw) as sort of crossed hand overhead throw landing in right hand again with wrong spin. 7b splits - 10 min. 10 c clean. (wanted 12, 14, +x)
Total practice time: 305 minutes
[Conditions: yesterday sudden summer. Even warmer today.] 3c - 15 min. Skip ups worked outside / inside (shoe, leg gotta be sticky from sweat or water, not dead-dried-out slithery). Mainly doubles, ~ 16 c. Tried a triple up, did, but broke then. 3b misc - 15 min. 5b - 25 min. Casc varied: at 7b-height as would go easiest. Endure (at 7b-height), ~ 36 sets of 8 c. Fastest. Still improving, still no enduring at that speed and low height, maybe 40 catches. Tried some 55522, fails, not used to ( only 255555 ). 7b casc - 85 min. Forcing forbidden - nimble or nothing, very early collecting at dubious starts. Got many runs felt swift. .. Bewitched none would wanna go on. Had one very long run, maybe >50 throws. [edit, 06,06, reading it over and remembering:] I can even sometimes handle some consecutive bad spaced throws by putting them back on right height, or (rarely) succed in pulling a too high (consuming) pattern down slowly & cautiously. Guess, I don't have to just feed the (my 7b-) height at the right beat, but also become more accurate doing so, as I lose patterns on drifting towards too wide in all, or pulling me away to strong-hand-side direction (due to too far weak-hand-throws), or going too far ahead which will lose swiftness. My runs are long enough and I got enough phases of good control, time left to react and take fast decisions, so I can work on these more now. I have to control the feeding area and like 'balance' it well where I want it, just like I do with high 5b. Doing throws more from inside, slightly bigger scoop, thus having a wider tunnel, less collision-bound, worked well too some time ago. [end edit]
5b - 5 min. 7b casc - 77 min. Mainly good starts. Another longer run ~40(?) c. 6b triplex - 8 min. 6b-022 Better again. 6b-2 unused, not found into yet.
Total practice time: 230 minutes
Found 6b triplex [12T3] last night .. done with very low Threes and high Ones or looking upon the throws "+2" ( = ) it is more fluent siteswap instead doing 6b-022. "2T" and next "1" land at the same beat though, which again makes it more difficult on that behalf. 6b-[12T3]2, however doesn't seem to make much sense O.o Now - sorting out with JugglingLab while editing - found
7b 6b-2 aswell ( better than 7b-722 ), balls land well spaced here. Looks so easy, slow, low, even boring, that it downright calls for [edit, the 23.-rd, .. djeeses! .. e v e r y t h i n g wrong!?] one two ( 8b-2 ) or two four more balls ( 10b-2 ). [throws from middle of body avoid collisions] The Get-In with 7b 6b is a or (thrown from a hand holding four balls to other hand holding two balls, the next 3 landing will fill that hand to triplex), for 8b it's (with four balls in each hand) or easier ( ? maybe more ""-s to be precise? .. or simply 45.. or 56.. or 67.. ) .. any case, however: leaving you with three balls in either hand to start the triplexing.

3c - 40 min. (been years) Using short massive wooden clubs. Skip-ups with foot wouldn't work. Find back into, throwing singles, doubles, triples with 1c. 3c single doubles, max 10 c. Breakdowns on single triples. Doubles went better towards end, maybe 10+ c. Tried some reachovers from 3c, done one, but broke the pattern. Then 1c clawed reachover, okey, seems feasible to built into 3c casc. 5b casc blind - 25 min. Watched, flashed until regular pattern before every blind go, then eyes closed, 0, 0, 0, 1 gather, 5 touches, 0, 0, 0, 0, 3 touches, 0, 0, 0, 0, 5 touches, 0, .. a.s.o. :o| 5b casc varied - 40 min. As easy as would possibly go at 7b-height .. got me to rather loose wrists, but big scoop, balls rolling into and from fingerbasket - dwell-time too long and aiming too difficult that way, to do 7b like that. Some "fastest". 9b flashing - 40 min. Tried nimble, less forced. Max 7 gathers. One or two pretty well timed flashes. 7b casc - 65 min. Mainly good starts. Many runs of better kind. All easy, no forcing today, only nimble or nothing. One long run must have been way over 40 throws.
9b flashing - 20 min. 7b casc - 65 min. Another good run estimated over 40 th. 6b triplex - 8 min. 022 Worse than expected - not almost everything caught.
