90' + 90' - 5b rev casc - 72 (17'), 73, 72 cl, 97, 71 cl, 89, 91 cl, 81, 73, 118 (70'), .. all smooth patterns and ado so far; good, relaxed flow and mindset; good technique, scoopin' well; aiming and focus on the top are a bit nebulous, inconsistent, unstable and could be better, clearer, .. //5'//, 73, 79, 73 cl, 73, .. lost my pattern a bit now, .. 83, 88, 73, 73 throws.

edit, 5,12,2017: #newDatachart 5b-progress: I've had the presumedly perfect pattern a lot now, got it rolling utterly relaxed, know how it feels, there's not much more to tune, no necessary changes, apt techniques to find, I've had horrendous / terrific bail outs from completely rotten, distorn patterns of all kinds (too narrow, or horribly spread, or halfshowered, too low, five columns not even in a plane, anything, ..) back to stable, ..
.. all i need is to stay settled and seize control, now ..
.. in long and very long runs - when attention gets dim - it sometimes happens, that a few throws instinctively still start to feel lefty, circling wrong way round, again (like they used to when learning), and I will then omit circling well to the outside and haste with little scoop (but mostly I can get that well and do speedy correction throws the right way from outside) - a finetuning issue.
It's now all about doing well also in ``bored´´, endured, relaxed "rollin' on"-mode, that now needs some more automizing and simply more practise until it feels absolutely familiar also without concentrating a lot. But also about finding into the good pattern sooner within a stint. And about getting more good phases, and not so many long bad ones and bad days. Getting it safe.
It makes sense to track this in a datachart. (especially from now on, but editing also all old entries is to compare to last winter's level, and also to make it a whole story.)

15' - 3c - (tinyclubs, doubles) 30+ throws

25' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c - once 10 rounds, next best two times 7 rounds.

150' + 65' - 5b rev casc - 81 cl (25'), 76, 87 cl (60'), 80, 85, 123, 83 cl, 107, //20'//, 73, 79, 71, 75 cl throws. Short very good phase and a few more very good but not long runs. Overall not as good as yesterday and tuesday (very good was too short, too little), but one of the longest runs this winter-season yet. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 123 ]
I really don't wanna stay stuck with this all winter!

A bad hour, weary, tensed, then a better last half hour, with better arms again, but not all good enough, not enough of an intense practise feeling. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 103 ]

14' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c - 9 rounds once.

60' + 108' - 5b rev casc - 93 (40'), 81 (90'), 79 (130'), 73 cl, 73, 75, 77, 87 cl throws longest runs. Weary, unfresh juggling, didn't feel fit, shoulders and weakhandside's forearm reverse muscle (or so) burning after 6-7 rounds, .. watering muscles an' all didn't help .. doing differently wouldn't even work (tried speedy, tried short controlled runs, tried higher and slow a bit, tried going for it, tried focus on weakhand throws only, .. ) .. guess it came from a sore lumbal region. Towards end a few very good lower relaxed patterns allowing to early settle in a flow, but not for long with any flaw of drift easily leading to breakdown.

\\35' break. I ointed back and shoulders with some aromatic conifer-fluid - I used to use this a lot also during practise, but now believe, the camphor in it numbs nerves over threshold, so that I would overdo without noticing and have pain in the night and when getting up instead, so I'm cautious with it now. \\

30' - (still 5b rev) - Felt fresher, speedier, now. Often the pattern was wider than high, now, pretty speedy, but not even long enough for like a race to 50 catches. Didn't get any longer runs anymore (even when I tried normal high again). [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 93 ]

30' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - bad when I didn't yet put main #focus on spinning `exactly´ doubles, then several 7-9 rounds, nothing clean.

10' - single bx - Upto 3 rounds, one of which to a clean collect, then also once 4 rounds back to cascade and clean collect.
